I have a question : 
There are a maximum of cars for every backups units in XML ? (I suppose it's support added car ?).
For example 5 differents cars max. for LSPD, 4 for LSSD, 2 for SAHP.... ? 

Or we are completely freedom to put every cars we want ?

We will most likely impose no limit for different vehicles per backup type. It will just be selected randomly.

made for ELS GTA V from the creator yet, So there for i don't think ELS will be out any time soon other wise there would be a thread or a post by now even for early alpha release or new thats his actually working on it..... 

Its probs gonna take alot longer yet befor we see ELS for gta V
