I'll also add that backup customization includes added vehicles and peds too. You could have SAHP marked cruisers, police insurgents and riots responding as backup.

It will never include those things by default, but you will be able to add it in from now on.

Sometimes I pick a person then decide to change it after I see a vehicle I want to use, so I have to go off duty then back on duty and do it all over again...  Nothing major, but hopefully by LSPDFR 2.0 it'll be added!

Other than that, great job LMS and Sam!  You guys deserve a lot more praise than you receive for this!

There is a trainer for that sort of stuff. I highly recommend to use the simple trainer by sjaak327, who also made the simple native trainer for GTA IV. You can find it right here. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

As it says in the original post, backup is customizable. That means that any vehicle or ped you have in an rpf file can respond as backup.

Does this also include the ability to set specific clothes/voices, or is that randomised?

It's really getting bigger and better.  Ahhhh, [sobs for joy] my sweet little LSPDFR is growing up.  Before we know it, it'll be one, lol.  For now, 0.3, 0.3, 0.3!!! Zeeeeeeeeeerooooo point theeeeereee!!  Hats off to Sam, LMS, Cyan, and all of the people who are bringing this awesome software together.  You have literally made the dreams of many becoming reality... in a virtual sense.  Crank that First Response. Now "Supa-man dem hoes criminals," :-).

Can not wait looks outstanding. I must say you guys have just done a wonderful job all along. Thanks for the great job.

I hope we will see more interaction between Police Officer and Dispatch.. Like updating Dispatch on current location over the radio, if on foot or car chase, Dispatch confirming a call you accept, sending fire/ambulance to the scene if needed. Also would be nice to see more interaction options between cop and suspect other than Insult and Hello..

 

Either way I am excited for this and can't contain myself..

You guys rock!. Cant wait for it. Will we see the ability to take hold of suspects after arresting them tho?. Would be a cool added feature to the mod.

Just an FYI, you can spawn any vehicle you want at anytime by using the rage hook console.  Just hit F4, then type Spawn [name of car].  No trainer needed.
