Yeah it is odd, I hope something is done soon

Apparently, All of @Albo1125 mods are not compatible with 0.46 so you have to remove them until he can issue updates which i am so hoping he will. I love his mods and they are definitely necessary. Albo please save us!

You guys are heroes! Changed the gameconfig.xml, set priority to high, checked all CPU-cores in task manager besides core 0. And it worked  
 

I haven't either! It's just now that it's not working. I'll find out if the problem is that it takes up a lot of resources or something.

I may of found the issue. It seems to of worked for me but i am still testing the theory. I think what is going on here is the CPU load. Try this, Run the game like you normally would, all mods etc. When the game is running. ALT+TAB out of the game. Open task manager, change your CPU affinity, De-select all of the cores, then check all of the cores again except CORE 0 then click okay/apply then go back into the game. See if that helped. Also try change the game priority to high and see if that works. Let me know if this works for you. I really think it's the CPU load somehow. Anyway let me know if this worked for you. If it is what i think it is then we need to let Rockstar know and ask them to fix it.

I've got the same issue. Not sure exactly what's going on. Everything is installed correctly as well. 
 
 
UPDATE: Problem Fixed; Possibly Narrowed down the problem, If not mistaken it's looking like the possible causes are; Windows Defender; Albo1125.Common.dll; Stealth.Common.dll; Completely bugged RageHook 0.52
 
Possible Fixes You can try that seamed to possibly work;
 
Redownload Albos1125.Common.dll from PoliceSmartRadio
Redownload Stealth.Common.dll from here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/11871-stealthcommon/
If you're using Windows 10; go to your Update & Security, Find Windows Defender, Click on Open up Windows Defender Security Center; Click on "Virus & Threat Detection; scroll down until you see "Virus & Threat Protection Settings" ;  Scroll down until you see Exclusions; then click on "Add or remove exclusions" Click on "Add an Exclusion" select file then look for GTA5.exe and add it! do the same thing for RagePluginHook.exe ; and finally add the entire Grand Theft Auto V folder as an exclusion.

Only fix I have at the moment is running the game in window borderless mode.

We don't do ETA or Release dates. It'll be released when it's ready to be released.

The Dev team here is LMS, Cyan and Sam.

LSPDFR is still under development. Rather than making announcements, The development team prefer to work. 0.4 is still under development and is still being worked on. Keep in mind the Development team is of 1-2 people. So it does take time for things to get done. 
 
Rest assured that it hasn't been abandoned and it's still being greatly worked on :)

Use the one that comes with the 271 added police cars pack.

Make sure to replace the visualsettings.dat into these folders otherwise it wont work. First Open IV-----> mods----> common.rpf--->Data and find visualsettings.dat in there and replace it, then go back to mods folder and also replace the visualsettings.dat into Update-->Update.rpf-->common-->Data and replace the visualsettings.dat there and then it should work. 

Yeah i had this bug too, I reverted to 0.42 and prob fixed.

Yeah it crashed for me too, to be honest my entire game crashed when i run it. Best to wait for them to figure out what's going on, rest assured the Rage Hook Team are investigating the issue right now as we speak. Who knows, by the time they fix the problem, LSPDFR 0.3 my be released.
