It will be using the scripthook, correct. This doesn't mean that there won't be an ELS. 

It just means it won't be using the RPH.

owh, correct . I know ALL about ELS Information, i have much attemption for LSPDFR Mods in general. Yes, no ELS for now, i wait release and nothing other.

No using RPH because Scripthook give much possibility and they know much about it

They just announced RPH will add functions to interact with the lightning of vehicles, I don't know what you guys are hyped about. They didn't say it was THIS ELS mod, they just said they are adding the various stuff required to do it. Just read the description of the video.

Yes, it allows direct control of emergency lighting for developers. The video also seems to hint at it being something included in RPH itself.
Save a few other features and it's then it's quite close to making a basic, but functional version of ELS a thing.

So Lt. Caine, on the first page we see that Albo1125 is not apart of the official testers, but his new video series on FiveReborn shows that he is. Any comment? What does this mean?

Just wondering, since there are more testers (Or is one more confirmed tester..), does/could this mean that its close to releasing?

We are confirming that @Albo1125 is the newest addition to the ELS V testing team.

Im pretty shure with his knowlege he will move up from just been a tester to contributing to ELS thats just my thought tho but is great to hear hes on board with ELS this is good news for the community

No offence but I hope not, two developers with a totally different kind of approach in developing would probably ruin it. I'd rather wait more and have Lt.Caine do everything.

Well, I'm back from my, uh... "break". Yeah... let's call it that. I was hoping that ELS would be released by the time I got back. No ELS V for the wicked, I suppose.

Is there any timetable for the release? Just curious since it's been a WIP for over a year.

Currently there is NO, absolutely NO, set release date.  ELS is not done being worked on, it's framework is not yet where it needs to be.  All demonstrations and updates are simply that, demonstrations and updates.

ELS could come out tomorrow it could come out 3 months from now WE DON'T KNOW.  Please be patient as the development of such a mod takes time and resources.  We are not purposely withholding the modification to tease or be selfish, the fact of the matter is, WHEN ITS DONE ITS DONE.
