The Highway Patrol officer is alive, he was knocked down while trying to arrest the suspect. The armored Kuruma comes with the Bank Callouts mod.

When i play gta V i get decent fps i mean it's very very playable and looks good but looking at some of these pictures makes me wish i could just adjust the sliders that bit more lol, also my computers gets really warm and loud.
