  1. Might be UnitedCallouts, according to your ragepluginhook log you have an outdated version
  2. Disable realistic weapon system in the Stop The Ped context menu (open it with the G key)
  3. This happens to me sometimes and I do not use any Albo plugins. The way I fix it is by grabbing the suspect with CTRL + T (I think this is Stop The Ped) and letting go of them. This will allow me to move again.
  4. You need to hold down the "E" key and a bar on the bottom right will fill up.

For more agencies and more variants I suggest you use the mod EUP 8.1 and EUP Menu
  6. Can you post your ragepluginhook.log?
  7. Looks like it's something to do with "Better EMS". Something in your game is trying to load it and failing.
  8. My bad, genuinely didn't see it.
  9. Yes, if you download the manual install zip of LSPDFR you will find it in the archive under the same path.
  10. In my experience, this plugin causes a larger hit to performance than most other callout plugins.
  11. Some police cars have different liveries. In vanilla, these just change the number on top but I've seen packs that change much more depending on what livery you pick. Try googling and searching how to work with police car liveries you might figure something out.
  12. Try installing it in your latest patchday
  13. Might be you don't have .NET Framework 4.6 or higher?
  14. Something went wrong with your LSPDFR installation because you are missing EasyHook. These files should be installed with LSPDFR and can be found in the manual installation zip archive. (EasyHook.dll, EasyHook64.dll, EasyLoad64.dll)
  15. Try starting GTA V and once at the main menu, run RAGE Plugin Hook with your game open.
  16. The HUD on the right of the minimap is Player Location Display by Lt.Caine.
  17. Check the related car's VCF (the .xml file in Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default) Each light added and/or controlled by ELS has different settings, including color. Maybe the colors are set there? As an example for what to look for, here are the lines for my police.xml: [
  18. Try making an exception for RAGE Plugin Hook in your antivirus software or firewall. Depending on your anti virus software, you may need to google how to add exceptions. To do this for your standard Windows firewall, hit the windows key and start typing "Allow an app" and you should find the option "Allow an app through Windows Firewall". If this doesn't work, I suggest turning off your antivirus software completely.
  19. What agency are you on duty as? (You can check by pausing the game with ESC, the agency is stated in the top right)
  20. Yeah I figured it out from that. I was just getting back into LSPDFR and blindly added tons of mods. Learned the hard way most are outdated, and a lot if not most of Albo's plugins are outdated and just very performance decreasing in general. I play fine now without Police Smart Radio or any other Albo mods.
  21. Yeah I remember having that issue, too. Stopped happening after I removed Police Smart Radio, although I don't want to go on the record and say that mod is the culprit.
  22. Strange. Are you able to load into the game normally without having LSPD:FR load on start-up? If that is the case, just play by loading LSPDFR after you have loaded into the game. Seems like an acceptable workaround.
  23. If I recall correctly the game tells you to go into the RAGE console and execute the "ForceDuty" command after it is done reloading LSPDFR. A notification that is easy to overlook, I've done it myself.
  24. Please post your RagePluginHook.log
