I would just like to say the broken down vehicle calls that make you have to 'FIX' a car is probably the most unrealistic of the mod, never have I seen a police officer nor do I know of one that would do such a thing and I work with my department as an active volunteer on patrol. This wastes too much time for the responding officer when he can be responding to other calls the most they're going to do is make sure there isn't injuries, assess the situation, exchange of information if need be, clear the road by calling the rotation tow company to pickup any car that is obstructing the road but never do they 'FIX' a car, they are police officers not mechanics think of the liabilities involved and the time wasted if not to respond to more serious calls.

That isn't part of LSPDFR, it's part of the CalloutsV mod.

Last time I checked LSPDFR didn't feature a 'Broken down' vehicle call. Might wanna check your information.

The only mod that I know of that has that callout is the CalloutsV API plugin, an extension of LSPDFR but not strictly related. 

I stand corrected then :) thanks guys - I saw it somewhere it may have been the callouts package that I got the wrong idea, perhaps due to the link between the LSPDFR and the Callouts plugin coming from the same dev

It's chrome being goofy, either disable the anti-malware stuff in advanced settings, or download with IE.

Not sure if anybody else got the issue; but my computer blocked the file completely once downloaded, stating it as malicious. This has never happened to me from any LSPDFR or LCPD:FR download or update in the past. 

EDIT: Tried to go into a setting to see if perhaps it was labeling it wrong, but still unclear why. 
It isn't labeled as "Appears malicious" or "Could be" but instead says and confirms that it is malware. This hasn't happened to any update for me or download from the site, ever.

I tried it in Google and Firefox after both, I finally found out how to unblock it through Firefox, and all has been well ever since. Great work Sam and the crew.

Everything working for almost to the perfection for me!

Only problem I got it's like a lot of people here, my Rage Plugin Hook Console is invisible, and I don't have, never had Scripthook installed (Only use mod working with RPH).

Fortunately, only need to do ALT+TAB one or two times to fix the problem, so it's not too much annoying! :P

Good work again to Sam and his team, awesome work, keep it up, never enjoy a game like this since a loooooong time! :)

If you are having the problem where you press F4 the Rage Plugin Hook does not appear, you have to download the 0.16.607.3592 version of RAGE Plugin Hook found here: http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx. Just drag the RPH to your root folder, do not drag anything else.

Yep, it's what my log says.

 

Some people say alt tabbing out of the game a few times somehow allows the console to show up lol

Yeah, don't see how that works. Alt-tabbing seems like the last thing to fix a DirectX problem.
