If you do to get it to work ONCE you can install version 355.82. I've spend hours trying to figure this out with no luck. For me it's driving anywhere. I crash in 10 minutes (almost exactly) and have the exact same log as you. Well if you think of a solution tell me and I'll let you know if I've tried or if it's a waste of time. Also it's none of your plugins I have tried removing all plugins (that includes LSPDFR plugins). Do you have any of these installed: Realistic Radience, Southern San Andreas Exotic Traffic, GTA IV Car Pack, or 100+ Add On Cars installed? What's your GPU? Is it a 970? What's your OS (also 64 or 32)? How much ram do you have?

HomerS's post in GTA 4 Taxi Bug? was marked as the answerOkay it's fixed I made a noob mistake. I put traffic load in the scripts directory not the main GTA 4 directory.
