Hoe likely are you to continue to play video games in the future? There will come a time in everyone's life where one simply does not have the time to sit around and play video games. How much longer until you feel this may be the case for you?

Well fucking said. I still don't understand why a lot of people don't consider video games to be a form of replacement for other devices of entertainment, such as TV or radio. I'm a loser for playing

videogames is a part of my life... (thats actually pretty bad XD) so I will continue to play them when im older :)

  • It's a form of entertainment, just like movies or books. As I get older, I will surely continue to play games, however, I might not have as much time as I have now (or I could have more, who knows :)

Vidoegames are apart of my life.. So they'll be around for a veeery long time, however Killers don't kill people from 9 to 5 so as a CSI (if that's my job) then i'll be investigating at very weird hours so i don't know how much time i'll have to play.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

Yes, I will kinda likely to play games in the future but then when I apply for the Royal Navy I would end playing video games. I guess.

The amount of time i have to play will change for sure in the future but i don`t think i`m just gonna wake up one day and say "that's enough video game`s for one life time."And just stop playing. Everyone has their own different things they like to do in the down time.I think it`s better to play games that engage the brain and make you process events instead of sitting in front of the TV for 3 hours. Some people just come home form work watch TV for 5 to 7 hours then go to bed and repeat it the next day. What kind of routine is that crap.

Well fucking said. I still don't understand why a lot of people don't consider video games to be a form of replacement for other devices of entertainment, such as TV or radio. I'm a loser for playing video games all day, but what of those who watch TV all day?

It depends.. I kind of play video games because I'm stuck at home most of the time, but I hope to travel more often in the future. I feel better the more time I spend away from my computer, but when I'm at home I don't really have anything else to do.

So that's a probably, at certain times.

As sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. I play since i was 13 and now i'm 22. It's my kind of fun. It's what i do. I tried movies, i tried sports, but at the end of the day...i'll always come back to gaming. And sure. there will be times when time will be shorter. And at some point i'll have a wife and kids.. (hopefully :D) But i'm pretty sure i'll gonna play whenever i have the time. Just my kind of thing.

Once I get a legit girlfriend, this shit is gone...until we break up(if that happens..) lol

To be honest I ain't %100 sure but once I finish High School...

To this day every girl I've ever met has only wanted sex, my money(Not to brag but I am very well off), and to copy off of my homework. Right now, video games are closest to s girlfriend I got.

I'm already 41 and most of my life consisted of casual gaming in my off time (mostly because even in '80's I knew video games weren't very realistic or fun for me). But when the 2000's hit I became a hardcore gamer. The majority of my off time consisted of gaming, and still does. I'm a simulator kind of guy, though I'll play some battlefield on occasion when I just feel like shooting at something.

The point is, I'm already old, so I'll be gaming until my fingers no longer work.

Well, I'm going to let the cat out of the bag here, I'm 51 this year and have been gaming since the inception of personal computers and basic code. I am a full time academic, am into my second marriage, have 4 children and 2 grand-children and when I get the time I still play (in fact when my three year old grandkids come over to visit the first thing they want to do is sit on my knee and watch me drive the 'eee-aaww' car around in GTAIV, no shooting of course lol). As was said earlier, it is now just entertainment, if I can grab a half hour or so here and there I am happy, and I actually spend more of that time modding and retexturing than actually playing. So I guess that it will continue into my twilight years!

Coolest grandpa ever.

I don't see myself stopping anytime soon, so I'll probably be playing video games forever.
