unmarked 1985 chevrolet impala

Featured Replies

hi guys, I just made this 1985 chevrolet implala and I would like to hear what you guys think.

also, the car has 2 grille lights and a beacon in the car. now my question is: should I add some more lights and where? please keep in mind that this is an unmarked version and that it already has a beacon in front.

anyway heres the video.

(ignore the first part, some crook wanted to get in my cruiser and the cop tried to arrest me :/)

    Personally, I think it doesn't even need the grille lights, or anything else in the back. The beacon seems fine to me, looks like an '80s detective car.

  • You should set up that beacon so it's DROT. Really cool by the way!

  • I don't know how to tell you this, but I am so excited for this release that I cannot merely express it without a depiction of Nicholas Cage.    The car looks fantastic; I too am glad to see that yo

Dash light-only version would be perfect. I've been waiting for this car since '11, hopefully you'll release it soon (it'd be a great gift for Christmas :wub2: ). Anyway, GREAT job officerluka130!

thx :D and yes as all of you want it so bad, ill release it verry soon :D

Speaking about lights in the back you might consider this:

Unfortunately I can't get rid of that black spot but I hope you can see that yellow beacon clearly.

what scanner is that that is going in your car in that videoe or is it prerecorded

The car looks fantastic; I too am glad to see that you're releasing a version with just a beacon light on the dashboard and nothing else.  The no-frills style suits the vehicle well.  [in the future if possible, I'd love to see a version with that large antenna removed from the trunklid and perhaps a chrome driver's side spotlight.]

As for adding rear lights, perhaps something like this setup would look good;

Or even a setup with two lollipop lights;
