2014 CHEVROLET IMPALA LSPD/LSSD V1.4RX

Anyone have any idea why spotlight is not working with this car? This is the only car it does not work right on, I switch to a different model and the spotlight works as usual?

I did everything you said, i put it in PatchDay3 yet it still does not show up in game..its still the Stock Interceptor 

Did you replace police3?

I got it to work, but now the lights are flashing weird..like they flash inside the car and not where the Light heads are..Some of the lights dont even flash

Patchday4 has police3 also delete the police3 files out of patchday4 or replace them.

okay, first of all i fell in love with this car the second i saw it and i am attempting to install the vehicle by adding the included text as if i wanted to add to the carvariations file. i am using netman's added sahp cars, and i have two crown vics in those slots that i would rather not replace. i am trying to add to the carvariations file so i do not have to replace them, however when ever i spawn the car in there are things not working, such as the majority of the lights. i guess i am just adding the text wrong? i dont know im lost hahah. if someone could link me to a video or something so i can learn how to add to the car variations file that would be amazing. thank you

the extra component (extra 11) for the spotlight blocks the "spotlight" light, remove it and it works as usual. 

If you installed it over Police3 you need to add the car carvariations.meta read the readme for that.

Hmm it seems that the model is affecting the spotlight mod, the spotlight wont work if its facing forward, only through the right side window, can you fix this?

Can somone pls explain how you get the computer on inside your car, i've seen some youtubers that has it on and i don't understand how they did it? :/
 

I dont know if someone more noticed that when the vehicle was few meters ago far it changes to the undercover version with all black paintjob and not lightbar. Looks like a LODs issue :S

Where is that carvariations located at?, it doesnt stand in the readme.

yeah it does, check the CARVARIATIONS folder.

The model wasn't finished, had to release it ahead of time due to some people who can't seem to play nice. It was planned to be released on the 11th, everything will be fixed in the next update.

It does say in the carvariations readme "GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/common/data"

Not going to point blame... but I can assume your talking about the other person who released an impala, almost the same as this one?

Is it possible to have the Impala as the police2 ? And if it's possible how do I do it ?

change tthe name to police2.ytd ... and simple replace police2 with them

The "objects" falling off are meant to be like that for realism.

i dont think so i was driving a bit and the headlight and rambar fall off its not like if was totaly crashibg into something they just felt off and sometimes maje crazy animation and slide about 200 meters when they fall off :D

Im almost positive its meant to be like that. Bugs can correct me if im wrong though. And yea the part where they fall off when barely hitting something is probably just GTA. Although if there's a way to alter the damage modifier it may help.

For the people having the rambar fall off be sure your using the vehicles.meta file included, be sure to replace the vehicle.meta in the latest patchday dlc.

I have a question, I downloaded this car, I install everything correctly, I get in game and the lights don't look right like yellow light on the left and blue on the right, I can't take the light bar off it doesn't work, and the handling is off. Do I have to install something to make this work?

Install went swimmingly - renamed the file chpolice2, and imported the proper vehicle.meta information as well. However, when I spawn the car in game, it has no sound, and and the EMS lights will not turn on - it seems as though it's being treated as a regular car, because the takedowns turn on when I hit the highbeams.

Any ideas folks?
