Saw some gameplay vids and comparison to GTA IV and decided to cancel my order. That's year 2014 and no dynamic shadows, and physics... My loord. Terribly upset, I hoped WD would be a fun thing to play. Only The Division left to believe in.

I love how you're judging the entire game on shadows. Shadows don't make things "fun" to play unless your idea of a game is jumping in and out of shadows for 4 hours straight. I really hope that the division doesn't live up to your expectations of shadows too, just to really ruin your day :)

I was going to buy it until I saw The Stomping land then I was cut between the two so I'm gone buy watch dogs once I have read the reviews or have some spare cash.

Don't get me wrong, I do like things to be pretty, but if it doesn't have the gameplay to back it up, then what's the use?

Actually, there's more to be upset about than shadows. My English isn't that good to describe it, see. Your joke about shadows is wonderful.

Yeah, a poor-looking game is awesome when it's interesting and entertaining, like Call of Cthulhu was, or Hard Truck, Dune, Command and Conquer, all that stuff. WD is boring, that's the issue. Yeah, I played it. Let's say a friend of mine gave me a copy and I never asked where did he get it. 

 

GTA IV main storyline is not too interesting too, but the game itself, the sprawling city makes up for this. WD failed me both in appearance and content.

I already preordered it and preloaded it about an hour ago. I'm ready for a 24 hour marathon.
