The other topic got closed, so I decided to create a new one, NTA has started a GTA V map and has recently released a pre alpha version, I am sure LCPDFR.com has similar rules as GTA Forums, so I am not going to link it on this site, here is what NTA said:

 

"the alpha has kind of been released even though a 'large' amount of people are having random crash issues which aren't reproducible right now, but most of the time if it loads it works

get it from the known places, don't ask, don't tell, just get it"

 

But there have been hints on the thread (PM me for a direct link if you can't find it) : http://gtaforums.com/topic/697393-iv-viiv-levelsgta5-for-gtany/ (it's a few pages ahead) and I guess further progress can be followed there.

 

This will go great with the GTA V cop peds pack.

 

NOTE: This is a pre alpha version; meaning that there will be tons of bugs!

Seems legit. We have GTA V characters, ENB's that would look like GTA V, GTA V cars, GTA V peds, GTA V style scripts and GTA V map. We have GTA V for PC already, fuck R*.

 

This is part of the problem when people start converting GTA V's map though.  When people start converting the map from GTA V to GTA IV, all it does is reduces the chances that we'll see GTA V on PC as Rockstar will notice people like you telling them to go fuck themselves because they already have what looks like GTA V.

I believe these things attract attention to the project, keep the interest. I would have already not thought about GTA 5 if not all of these conversion of cars, pedestrians, maps... Would play the GTA 4 and would not strained.

I really/highly doubt it'll come out on Pc  or antime in the near future  Rockstar has been to quite about it and said nothing about GTA 5 coming to a PC platform

It's better than nothing, at least he was nice enough to provide a pre alpha unlike the other team, I am personally waiting for a beta release.

Traffic paths were implemented in some areas, as well as peds, so patrol is possible.

I completly agree with you! I refrained from playing GTA V too much because I wanted to enjoy the experience on the PC version, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Y u do dis Cockstar? +1

So why is stealing mods bad but stealing a whole game's graphics isn't?

Honestly, stuff like this reduces chances of us seeing GTA V on the PC, and makes Rockstar think we're all just a bunch of pirates (which this is, this is piracy and copyright infringement).

agreed leave it to rockstar be patient pulling shit like this will only deter them from releasing the real thing on pc
