A full police computer for LSPDFR with live records from Policing Redefined or Stop The Ped.

pdComp adds a police laptop and field tablet to GTA V. Check people and vehicles, file reports, issue citations, review court cases, track BOLOs, and use built-in traffic tools from one system.

New in v0.4.2

Added configurable LSPDFR callouts for active vehicle BOLOs and outstanding court warrants.
BOLO encounters can feature an abandoned vehicle, a compliant driver, or a vehicle pursuit.
Warrant subjects may surrender, flee, or resist, with charge severity and prior history influencing their behavior.
Added voiced watch-supervisor radio audio for BOLO and warrant assignments, updates, prior-contact warnings, and resolutions.
Citations can now include officer-selected enhancements such as school-zone and work-zone conditions that adjust fines, points, and court-appearance requirements.
Ped Lookup can now submit arrest-warrant requests using the charge catalog. Approved requests enter the same warrant-service system as failure-to-appear and failure-to-pay warrants.
Outstanding court warrants and their recorded reasons now appear directly on matching Ped Lookup profiles.
Expanded the public add-on API with detached ped and vehicle record lookups, collected-record searches, prior-history snapshots, and deeper paperwork, court, and call-context data.

Records Support

pdComp requires either Policing Redefined or Stop The Ped.

Policing Redefined supports shared records, arrest sync, tested evidence, traffic-stop data, transport requests, and radio BOLO alerts. Stop The Ped supplies document status, search results, and found breath, drug, and weapon test results.

Downloads

Most players only need pdComp v0.4.2. The Developer SDK is a separate download intended for mod makers building pdComp add-ons.

Newtonsoft.Json is built into pdComp. No separate Newtonsoft download or fallback installation is required.

IMPROVEMENTS

NPCAI now keeps persistent record information separate from temporary callout context when supported.
Warrant service preserves the subject’s identity and appearance and carries the exact court-recorded reason into the encounter.
Expanded localization coverage and added customizable currency formatting throughout the UI and printed documents.
Arrest narratives now support the full length allowed by the onscreen keyboard.
Generated game-calendar dates remain in the current year, and generated license-expiry dates are more varied and stable per subject.
Arrest evidence now identifies where each item was found.
Expanded font scaling on arrest and citation screens.

FIXES

Fixed court and warrant-decision notifications being lost when they arrived while the laptop or tablet was open.
Fixed citation totals displaying a doubled currency symbol.
Fixed History details drawing outside their scrollable panel.

plugin is WIP and features will change/evolve/disappear throughout development as I strive more maximum stability and functionality

GREAT, it's not jerking anymore, THANK YOU! Just one small thing: when moving the "check vehicle" window, sometimes the license plate is there and sometimes not - depending on how it's moved back and forth or resized.

Doesn't work for me.

When I press the key to enter in the computer there is nothing. It's stop the game but I have nothing on my screen

Yo dude! Thanks for the update...all my FPS issues have been resolved by this update.

The last issue I have going on here is sentencing. One perp had 5 homicide charges, all but one were dismissed, and I looked at the json file and I saw that they got 6 years for that one murder charge. Is it possible that I set the seriousness too low?

Is this with a custom set of charges?

I am planning on reworking the weights for the court system soon to make it harder for charges to get dismissed as I have noticed that rate being a bit high at the moment

Hi! I did everything that was showned on instalation guide video but, when i enter in lspdfr, when its loading the lspdfr plugin, the game crashes and when i take pdcomp out, the game works. Can someone help me?

Are you using Stop the Ped? Make sure you don’t have Common Data Framework still installed if you are, and switch the mode to STP from AUTO

I think it used to be set up to where as you typed in the search bar (looking for charges and citations) it would start auto-populating as you typed. Now it pops up a new window to type in. Is there a setting where I could change it back or is this how it will always be now?

Great mod!

The black box is here to stay unfortunately. This is what stops keybinds from triggering while you are typing.

You can still just type a partial word and the search will still work.

Hi! I love to see the constant updates on this mod and I am happy to say I am extremely satisfied with using your plugin. Is there any way to customize the court extract at the moment? For instance, I want to change "SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF SAN ANDREAS" to "SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA." Would appreciate a response. Thanks!
