About Me



Hey everyone! I’m PassatB5By, an independent software developer and modder with Belarusian & Russian roots.

I’m the founder and lead developer at PixelSmith-tech (the team behind PixelView and PixelView Next — open-source, lightweight custom launchers for Android TV), as well as creator of various open-source utilities and simulation projects (including transport simulators in Godot and custom automotive input hardware).

What I Do Here
My main focus in the GTA V / LSPDFR community is pushing the boundaries of realism and immersion using modern tech:
Next-Gen Police Radio & Dispatch: Reviving and modernizing classic voice systems (like the legacy GrammarPolice engine with Windows 11 compatibility fixes, neural TTS, and LLM-driven dispatch logic).
AI-Powered Policing: Experimenting with smart dispatchers, intelligent AI partners, contextual traffic control, and dynamic radio chatter.
Immersion & Quality of Life: Writing stable C# plugins that integrate seamlessly with RAGEPluginHook and LSPDFR.
