  1. MY DAD WORKS FOR BUNGIE. MY MOM WORKS FOR ROCKSTAR.
  2. Either by some smart people of LMS' reversing ability looking at the code of a leaked DVD, or more likely, Rockstar leaking them deliberately (usually happens with cheat codes that insiders will leak them - it's harmless).
  3. No. LCPDFR is not compatible with any modification which makes changes to the core map.
  4. Sounds like bull. How could they start coding for it if it's not even out yet, lol.
  5. Why u so upset tho? On a serious note, Rockstar, like any other business doesn't care what any of you think. Their decisions are based on what will provide their business with the most profit. They release a PC version for every single GTA that's been released so far because it has been profitable to do so. They will most likely do the same with GTA V. Also, there's some indication from a rip of the XBOX 360 edition that a PS4 edition and PC edition are planned: In my opinion, it's likely a PC edition will be made (and released) along with ports for the next-generation platforms (PS4, Xbox One). Those platforms are based on PC architecture anyway, so it would make sense from a business perspective to also make a PC edition. Edit: Hell, there's even MAC OS version of San Andreas and Vice City.
  6. Why do you all care about some 13 year old making a petition about this? You actually think Rockstar will give a shit?
  7. I honestly doubt they've been hacked. Pirates are too stupid to do that. Whats more likely is that DVDs of the game obtained by theft have been copied and put on to those torrent sites.
  8. This. Seriously everyone stop being so upset about RC3
  9. Not really illegal, probably a violation of distribution agreements though.
  10. Everyone who is stupid enough to run their stolen copies on Xbox Live are getting their live accounts, Microsoft accounts and consoles banned. Serves them right, lol.
  11. You probably need to contact SecuROM or e-mail them. The people on the phone won't have any idea what you're talking about.
  12. There's not a way of getting the source code. LCPDFR is highly obfuscated and the code is protected against decompilation. You might be able to edit the language strings with hex editing or another software. However due to the copyrights you would not be able to share this with anyone. I suggest you wait until the next version is around, at which time we'll hopefully have our translation system back online.
  13. Not something I could fund, just because it doesn't look too great and asking for $400k, in an economic climate like this is just ridiculous. There's lot of indie games started from nothing. How they need $400k for this is seriously beyond me.
  14. This. The only way to change the language is the source code. Sorry.
  15. We're quite good at developing IPB plugins and hooks. A lot of the stuff on this forum (e.g. our group system) is a massive hook.
  16. Oh, I certainly agree, and believe me it will. The problem right now is moderators cannot view who rated what file, what time, their IP, etc. This will change in the coming days.
  17. We need stricter rules. There are a lot of people on this site who are only here to troll or disrupt the community. We will eventually be forced to act on these people.
  18. This is sometimes caused by a virus. Something might be intercepting your HTTPS traffic.
  19. Penguin for CTS? Over my dead decaying corpse.
  20. You can buy IP.Board hosted packages for as little as $20/mo now I think.
  21. We can't say at this stage.
