  1. That's more likely than you think, although not our intention.
  2. someone said it went forward an hour but i still can't see it
  3. Not sure exactly, I think it is because it is a Games for Windows Live title, pretty much all Games for WIndows Live games are XBOX 360 ports and so I guess they leave the XBOX 360 controller support in, or perhaps that's a requirement for Games for WIndows Live.
  4. A lot of people care about him actually, but that's besides the point. lol no, why on Earth would we include PS3 controller support? The only reason we're including XBOX controller support is because GTA IV natively supports the XBox 360 controller.
  5. If you ask me, he's pretty easy to understand. Although he has a strong accent, it's pretty clear. Also, also said above, he isn't British. :P
  6. I have to agree with this. Steam seem to have pretty heavy server-side throttling.
  7. Taser worked fine before if you could follow instructions.
  8. It's okay, we're pretty much ignoring anything that is a support request, as per usual :)
  9. Only news available on that subject is on our devblog (might be too technical): http://devblog.lcpdfr.com/2013/12/multiplayer-mode-taking-a-look-at-disconnects-scripting-problems/
  10. Just like LCPDFR, the more you ask, the longer it takes :)

  14. Do you have the .NET Scripthook installed? The console is not part of GTA IV but part of the scripthook.
  15. A bit irresponsible but still kinda hilarious.
  16. Moved to suggestions. This is NOT a website issue.
  17. Hmm, v1 is getting released? First I've heard about it.
  18. i still dunno wtf you guys are on about
  19. This, pretty much.
  20. Did you use the XLIVE asi loader? Does the file xlive.dll exist in your GTA directory?
  21. For December, G17 Media is starting trials on a new in-house DDoS protection technology. As this is a constant problem for groups, we're offering this for free (for a beta testing period of 3 or so months). This protection offers 20 Gbit of DDoS protection against TCP and UDP attacks, and has been very successful in keeping LCPDFR online and other clients' sites online. Unlike CloudFlare, we also provide protection for other services on your server (TeamSpeak, game servers, HTTPS and almost any other TCP/UDP service). We also make sure any outbound traffic is sent via our servers, concealing your servers true location and IP at all times. To take full advantage of this offer, you will need a US VPS or dedicated server. If you do not have a VPS or dedicated server, we can only provide limited services (basic website protection). DDoS protection for servers not in the US are not available as part of this offer due to bandwidth costs. Limited spaces available, first come first served. Priority will be granted to groups on our group system. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.
