  12. It might work with a crack, depends on a lot of factors. If however you choose to use a crack, you are not entitled to use the support section for any issues.
  13. No support from us, ever, for this mod.
  14. The error you are getting is something on your computer forbidding access to our installer. This is beyond the scope of this forum, but is probably caused by: Antivirus, mistaking the installer for a virus and not running it. A virus on your computer, forbidding access to our installer. Additionally, if you don't have GTA IV, there's not much this installer would do, as LCPDFR is an add-on for the GTA:IV or GTA:EFLC games.
  15. Most likely an error somewhere. 0.86 isn't a version we've ever released :P
  16. Meanwhile in the Australian outback...
  17. We don't comment on future versions, for historical reasons of people being pissed off when feature X isn't implemented or if we fail to miss a deadline. I'll leave this thread open for speculation, however. Our testers sometimes comment and sometimes upload YouTube videos, so you might want to look around on YouTube.

  20. There's no way currently. An API is planned but it won't make it for the 0.95 final release.
  21. You can't invent your own browser using Visual Basic. The Web component is simply a tiny embeddable version of IE. Also, just use Chrome or Firefox, they're pretty good. What's the problem with them?
  22. macbook air? good luck running GTA IV on an overpriced netbook.
  23. The pre-release version of Windows 7 shipped with a .NET framework bug that does this -- no fix. If you're using a final release version, you've probably failed to follow the instructions to install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
