  4. If your computer can't handle GTA IV, it's not going to run any better. In terms of content people prefer EFLC more.
  5. Wrong forum, moved to GTA support.
  6. I told T-Mobile (UK) to eat dick and I'm leaving and I got offered £10/mo contract with completely everything, 1000 minutes, 3000 texts, unlimited internet.

  11. Most of us will move on to GTA V modding most likely. There's still a lot of work to be done on GTA IV though :)
  12. No, not yet.
  13. You need to completely turn off DEP and only enable it for system services. The first option and the DEFAULT option. You will have a LOT of problems with mods if you turn on DEP for everything. Adding GTAIV to the exemption list will not help, it needs to be OFF.
  14. Use a different browser like Firefox then. This happens with old browsers. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  15. I think you'd be surprised. On our traffic statistics, we see a lot of visits from law enforcement agencies. The type of mod that it is, there's bound to be a lot of interest from the law enforcement community. Myself, no, I'm studying Computing right now.

  20. Damn that's hilarious yet brilliant work! Good job.
  21. You must have Windows Explorer set to not hide file extensions for known file types. Find out how to do so here. There is a less well know feature of LCPDFR that allows you to choose your own background for the police computer. To use your own background, take the image you want to use, make a copy of it and rename it to PoliceBG. So, if it was called MyImage.jpg or MyImage.png before, it will now be called PoliceBG. Then place this 'PoliceBG' file into your LCPDFR folder. This is located inside the 'scripts' folder of your GTA installation. You're done! This new background should show when you next use the police computer system.
  22. Check if they have a Freecycle in your area. http://www.freecycle.org/ I highly doubt you'll get one that can run GTA though.
  23. G17 Media/LCPDFR isn't an employeer; it has no employees. We make next to no money from LCPDFR. In regard to your question, it basically means the script couldn't spawn objects, peds or vehicles. This can be caused by modified vehicles.img, or other things, such as a low performance computer.
  24. You didn't specify your CPU, what's your CPU specs? These factor in strongly. Also, as far as I know the nVidia GTA 610 is rather entry level, so I'm not sure what you should expect from that. Maybe someone else who has more experience on the GPU side can comment.
