  1. Sounds like a problem with the models L1 or L2 files. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do to fix it. Also, moving to GTA IV Discussion & Media, as the Tutorials & Questions section is for the development of modifications.
  2. The poll says "which of these vehicles would you rather see patrolling?", implying that the poll is about the aesthetic looks of each vehicle. I don't care if the Explorer is the most comfortable or practical car on the planet, it's an ugly box. Some goes for that hideous Edge. It looks like some stupid cross between a Dodge Durango and a Toyota 4Runner.
  3. No, it is not possible to create your own custom lighting patterns. You can toy around with lights in Zmodeler to make them flash a certain way, but other than that, it's not possible. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  4. If this is going by gametime, Battlefield 3 would be my favourite game with over 3000 hours. In general though, I don't really have a favourite. I play War Thunder a lot, but I usually end up raging.
  5. Yep. The normal approval work load was around 6-12 files per day, and more often than not we'd have to deal with 15-20 files all at once. Half of those did not meet our upload guidelines either, meaning file approval took even longer.
  6. Files always used to be manually checked by a staff member prior to approval, however many users complained that it took too long for their files to be approved, so an automatic system was implemented. I'm not sure if this system is working correctly since the update to IPB4 though. Cyan, or another member of management will have to clarify on how it all works.
  7. I don't mean to sound harsh, but half of your problems are because you're trying to run the game on a laptop. GTA IV is a very resource demanding game, and your laptop just doesn't have the resources it requires to run smoothly if at all.
  8. I don't think you can fix it due to the way Rockstar mapped the liveries.
  9. This is something that belongs in a status update, not a forum post. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  10. Assuming the lightbar on the Impala is the same as the one the Tahoe, it's a Whelen Liberty with coloured lenses.
  11. For some bizarre reason the video links were embedded as images, I've fixed this. Remember that all you have to do is copy and paste the video links directly for them to embed correctly. In terms of the siren though, I wish you luck, the LTS is an extremely iconic siren. One of my favourites at that.
  12. This. Please do not hijack the topics of others, create your own topic in the appropriate section.
  13. That modification is for GTA IV, not V (assuming the OP wants a modification for V, as this is in the V section).
  14. Yeah I know, it happens a lot. It's definitely not apart of LSPDFR though. If you have Native Trainer installed, try saving your vehicle with the "saved vehicle" option. That should prevent people from stealing it.
  15. This is apart of the base game, not LSPDFR. I've experienced it numerous times while taking screenshots, long before LSPDFR was out.
  16. What a glorious Mongolian Independence Day it was!
  17. You must be new here.
  18. Odd, I've never heard of a prescription called "is release lol", does it work alright? You're not seeing any banners or countdowns, are you?
  19. Now people are seeing banners too? This is worse than we thought! The World Health Organisation must be informed immediately before this hallucinogenic pandemic spreads elsewhere!
  20. Within the visualsettings.dat file? No. My only suggestion to you would be darkening the colour of the ELS textures directly, as that may help.
  21. Yes, it's getting very out of hand. We may have to declare a website of emergency.
