I could be completely wrong but it's possible these random events are simply there to provide a more realistic feel to the game. Los Santos is a massive city, so you should expect to hear sirens all the time.

In terms of the trailer, I thought it was quite professional until the audio cut right at the end. Audio cutting is a big no no if you want anything to look professional. Anyway, that aside, I wish you luck in your project and I'll certainly be keeping an eye out for it.

Well if it's not working on V3, it's worth a shot, no? I know when I played SA and SAMP, I had to downgrade the game to get anything to work.

If I recall correctly, you need to downgrade your game to V1 for modifications to actually work as they're completely disabled in V2 and V3.

Similar ideas to this have been brought up numerous times and all I can say is that I'm against every one of them. LCPDFR has and always will be a free modification on a free website, I don't see any reason why this needs to change. If you want to support the website, either disable your ad-blocking software or considering donating.

It's not your RAM that's the problem, it's your GPU. I don't know much about Radeon cards, but I highly doubt a laptop graphics card such as yours would be able to run GTA V on low if at-all.

It's not possible due to the way the rotators are hard-coded into the game. DROT (and rotators in general for that matter) will only work on the police, police2, police3, ambulance and firetruck slots. Also, moved to GTA IV Discussion and Media. While it's true a lot of departments in Europe certainly use blue lights on emergency vehicles, a lot of "foreign" departments from elsewhere do not. In Australia we have red and blue lights for emergency vehicles as does New Zealand, Mexico, Dubai, Singapore, Russia and Vietnam (to name a few). Japan and Thailand have only red lights, where as Malaysia has only blue.

Those are Code 3 Defenders fitted with message boards and ANPRs. The Eastern States seem to use them a lot, but I've never seen them in WA.

All the light-bars used by the police here in Australia are made by Code 3. They vary from state to state, but I always see the MX7000 and 21TR in Western Australia. The older Highway Patrol vehicles were fitted with Federal Signal Vectors, but you never see them anymore. What's interesting is that our paddy wagons actually have two light-bars on them. Usually an MX7000 at the front and a 21TR at the rear. The newer, high visibility cars, are also fitted with ANPRs.

Not at all. It's got that sleek Japanese styling that I love. I wouldn't want to own one personally (it's a bit too new for me), but I can certainly see why someone would.

I'm not sure if I have a definite favourite, but generally speaking, I like JDM (Japanese domestic market) cars (seems a bit of a cliche given the anime addiction, but I liked JDM long before I liked anime ). I like the bodykits and all, but not to the point where it's slammed and cambered, that just looks stupid and ruins the car. One of my favourites is the Mazda RX7 FC3s. The FD is beautiful too.

Hardly. I could easily turn that statement around and say that because you like the Explorer that your opinion is worthless. Anyway, I digress, SUVs aren't really my thing. I don't mind the '13, '14 and '15 Ford Explorer models, but the 2016 model is just too boxy. I will say one thing though, it beats the Edge. That thing is absolutely hideous.
