  2. I'm assuming you mean a scale model, and not something for a game. I had a quick look on Google and a few other websites but I couldn't find any, at-least not in that size. I've seen a lot of scale models up on ebay and amazon, try searching there.
  3. MODERATOR NOTICE Moved to GTA IV Suggestions & Requests. Provide pictures and details about what you want done for what with your post as this may entice more people to consider your request, good luck!
  4. Actually, even with a NASA PC you'll still run into the bug sooner or later. Go ahead and install this mod, it'll fix the spawning issue: Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  5. That tool modifies the colour, click the colorize option.
  6. The way I would do it is by using the Hue/Saturation tool in Photoshop to modify the colour of the uniforms, and then insert the badges over the top. To summarize, pick the player model you want and use the Hue/Saturation tool to modify the colour of the original uniform.
  7. I'm confused. Do you need tips on how to do it yourself or are you asking for someone to make them for you?

  9. Scroll down until you see [ ENV_LIGHT_COLORS ] and modify the extra colours, by default these will be set to red. You'll want to set extra's 1-4 as blue and extra's 7-9 as red. To do so, just replace the word "red" with "blue" and vice versa.
  10. No I don't. ELS V7 comes with a folder called ELS, inside that you'll see a text file called default_config.ini, that's what I'm referring to. While you're in that text file, change the reflection colours too.
  11. Change the primary lighting type to rota inside of the vehicles ELS configuration file, which is located in the ELS folder.

  14. ...and yet, you still drop out of TeamSpeak. Here's mine, slower than 51% of the Country!
  15. MODERATOR NOTICE Wrong section, this section is for Suggestions and Support with the website itself. Moving to GTA IV Discussion. Welcome to the forums! There are plenty of good mods out there, I'd start out with LCPDFR first and slowly start installing more mods, making sure to check that each one works before installing another. Definitely check out what Sentinel55 and Andrew L posted too!
  16. MODERATOR NOTICE Wrong section, this section is for RELs and WIPs only. Moving to GTA IV Suggestions & Requests. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Provide some pictures of the vehicles and some details about what models/textures you want and someone will be more inclined to take up your request.
  17. I was thinking the same thing. They don't make 'em like they used too.
  18. The news down here in Australia is reporting that at-least 170 people are missing, is that incorrect? Either way, it's still a horrible event regardless. Hopefully those missing are found alive and safe, we've had enough loss in the past few weeks as is.
  19. That's not entirely true, the NOoSE vehicles have LED like light-bars on them (not that they get to use those LEDs though).
  20. Simple, yet effective. Nice work! :)
