got it running but it's horribly slow and keeps crashing oh well looks fun but doesn't look like it works on my puter nope i have a copy of the game should i log into live or just play offline?

well how do I get the game to load if i use the GTA4 launcher it crashes and says please insert the original disk instead of a backup (1000) and the disk is in the DVD how do i get LCPDFR to start?
