Yes, there are scripts for playing as a >firefighter and paramedic. As for your second question, I'm not sure what you're asking. You can spawn objects with the trainer and policing script.

You'll get *decent* performance out of that card depending on your in game resolution and graphical settings. As for the CPU, no idea, I wouldn't recommend going with AMD though.

The car is awesome, my only complaint is the license plates. It has the 2001-2010 model instead of the 1986-2001 model. Of course, that can be easily changed through a texture. :)

I quite like having two spotlights. One of them stored down and one of them in the active position. That's just me though, it's your car so you can do whatever you like with it. :)

From the thumbnail this picture actually looked like it was from GTA V. Nice work on the texture. -
I'd say it's a prop livery. Georgia State Patrol vehicles have always had "Georgia State Police" written on them somewhere, plus the badge is completely different. It's definitely based on the GSP though.

There are a few texture issues on the console, but that's only minor. I like the lighting setup. Also, I made a video of the slicktop unit:

Ah yes, the texture bug. Unfortunately if you want to run your clan pack and LCPDFR, you're going to need to upgrade your computer. You could always try using a commandline, however I'm not sure how effective that will be. The GT220 is not a very good card, I'm surprised it even ran GTA IV to be honest.

The graphics card and processor aren't very good when it comes to games. That's not to say that they won't run games but the graphics card will most likely have trouble running system intensive games.

Meanwhile in Western Australia it's 33oC (92oF), lol. AFAIK it's never snowed here, it must be nice to see the snow once in a while. I've never seen it.
