UPDATE: Last Saturday, 2 pings, hoped to be from MH370's blackboxes were picked up by the Australian Defense Ship Ocean Shield. The search effort for the missing airliner now consists of 11 military aircraft, 1 civil aircraft and 14 ships. Despite all the efforts and attempts, no debris has been found. The search radius has now be narrowed to 57,506km2. We also have new evidence that suggests the co-pilot attempted to make a phone call using his mobile phone shortly after the plane vanished. It is unknown who Fariq Abdul Hamid was trying to call and if anything was said during the abrupt phone call. There's probably an easier way of doing this (if so, please tell me, I want to believe!), but when I want to take shots like that I just loop the animation and take the picture as soon as the animation is where I want it.

Like I said above, it's a frequency issue. You need to set the tone to 44100Hz. To do this is GoldWave, select the entire clip, click on the effects drop down menu and then click on re-sample. When saving, make sure it's set to .wav PCM signed 16 bit, mono. Depending on the frequency of the other tones, setting the frequency to 44100Hz won't always work, and you'll need to lower or increase the Hz rate.

car.defaultlight.emissive.on under the # Other emissive lights section. By ELS default this should be set to 73, lower the number to your liking. I will warn you, ELS will loose it's radiance/glow if you lower this number.

MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support. This is caused by editing the visualsettings.dat file. Since you're using ELS, I'm assuming you copied the common folder too. You can lower the glare in the visualsettings.dat, but then ELS will look terrible.

I looked on multiple websites and couldn't find it, I'd say it's lost. You could try PMing Lt.Caine about it but I doubt he'd respond.

I could only find one corrections bus here, it doesn't have the split vector lightbar like the one in the picture though. I don't think that one ever got released.

This issue is caused by the length and frequency of the tone. GTA IV is very temperamental and unless everything is spot on, you're guaranteed that something is going to bug out. The airhorn tone should last no longer than a second and the frequency of the tone should be set to 44100Hz (this frequency varies on the other tones though and sometimes must be lowered or raised). Audacity can be a tricky program to use when it comes to dealing with frequencies, so I'd recommend using a program called GoldWave, the free trial limits to 500 actions per session, but this should be more than enough for GTA IV sirens.
