Are you using ELS V8? If so, remove AdvancedHook.dll, it worked for me (ELS V8 will no longer work if AdvancedHook.dll is removed, so you'll have to downgrade to V7).

There wasn't enough textures that I liked, so, after teaching myself how to use Photoshop, I started texturing (this was back in early 2011). Since then, I've made hundreds of textures (most were never released and are now lost), and several sirens. I still use Photoshop almost every day, however I've completely stopped making sirens (I've moved on to nightcore mixing, which is a whole lot less painful and a lot more fun).

LCPDFR utilizes the hail taxi command to pull over vehicles, which means that when LCPDFR is active, you will not be able to hail a cab.

Looks like your exhaust system has collapsed, you might wanna get that checked.

It's in 1080p for me. Remember, YouTube takes some time to fully process the video so during that time it'll only be available in lower resolutions.

Unfortunately neither the model nor the skin are released. Last I heard, IronicRainbow (the author of the model) said he was considering re-making the car for a public release but I'm not sure if he went through with it or not. The skin on the other hand probably won't ever be released (you can find a similar skin on my Mediafire page, though).
