All the solutions I have found online involve uninstalling both GFWL and the Redistributable before reinstalling both under Windows 7 compatibility mode. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be showing up in that section if it is installed, however I do not use Windows 8.

I've done a bit of research and this error seems to be mostly related to Windows 8. Considering the build and OS version, I'm assuming you're using Windows 7 and not Windows 8? The author obviously only included one texture for the vehicle but left it mapped for more than one. What can you do to fix this? According to my real life brony friends, the show contains quite a few adult references and jokes in each episode, meaning that both adults and children can enjoy the show. I have no idea if this is true or not since I've never watched it nor do I plan on doing so.

Ever since it was updated a few days ago I've heard countless complaints of crashes caused by the program. It's quite likely that it's the cause. Try installing both the vehicles and skins with SparkIV and see if it works then, if it does we can rule OpenIV as the issue.

I'm fairly sure this is related to OpenIVs latest update.

^This. It's a gum related problem, usually caused by lack of brushing/flossing. Clean your teeth more often and after a while they should stop bleeding. If not, see a dentist.
