MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support. What other mods besides ELS are you using?

Steam automatically updates the game to patch 7, where-as a a disk copy does not. Certain graphical mods look better on the older, out-dated patches, so some people prefer to use those. That being said, script mods such as LCPDFR and ELS V8 will only work on patch 7.

For someone like me, who takes care of their disks and has an awful download speed, a disk copy is better. Apart from the installation method, they're exactly the same game so it doesn't matter which one you get regardless. I remember reading somewhere that the Steam copy is a little harder to downgrade compared to a disk copy though, in-case that's something you want to do.

Well, it fixed my issue but now window reflections look awful. I guess I've got to find a sweet spot where both look good.

I hope it isn't a design feature otherwise I'm going to be seriously disappointed. Missing light bar textures is a game breaker for me. I haven't dared to touch it as I have no idea whatsoever when it comes to ENB configs and I don't want to accidently break it.

I am absolutely in love with iCE 3.0 on patch 4, however I've run into a strange problem. Certain textures aren't working as intended, as seen in the images below. Could this be down to my incompetence to install the mod correctly, or am I missing a certain set of textures? I've ran ENBs on patch 4 before and have never experienced an issue like this until now.

I'm not sure about the Japanese, as they only have a small defense force. They'd have to be supplied with all the weapons and resources before they could play a major role if a war were to break out. The rest however, more than likely. Australia has always followed America after the end of World War II, so I don't see why it would change in the future.

I'm just glad I'll probably never see one in real life, so long as the WAPOL doesn't decide to replace it's MX7000s, X2100s and Defenders.
