Fictional department (only thing fictional).. Real world Car using Real world Police equipment, with the real world names. your right it is a game and i wouldn't say anything about it if it was on a GTA4 vanilla car since its meant to be unrealistic anyway but it just looks weird to do it on the CVPI's
