I'd recommend shortening your intro to around 5 to 10 seconds, you need to grab your audiences attention in the first few seconds of the video otherwise they're all just going to click off the video.

Actually, any form of meme posting is forbidden (unless it accompanies and contributes to a legitimate post). We don't play favourites, it's the same rules for everyone. No two parts can be named the same. You'll have to go through and re-name everything so that there are no duplicates.

The model you are using has mapped wig-wags, whereas the model in the other video (with reflections) is using ELS V8's wig-wags feature. All you have to do is enable the headlight wig-wags in the VCF (vehicle configuration file) in the ELS folder.

Why do some departments flip it and others not? I read that having the stars point forward is an honorary thing, especially when it comes to military and law enforcement. -
You also have to enable multiple livery support in the trainer configuration file. Open trainer.ini Hit Ctrl+F to bring up the finder Type in "livery" and press enter Change "VehicleLivery=1" to "VehicleLivery=0" Save and you're good to go.

I'd replace both charger_sign_1 and hemi_sign_1 with the texture just to be on the safe side. OpenIV is really acting up at the moment, I can't open any of my image files.
