This ^. You have to use Xlive to disable GFWL otherwise it will force you to update. -
Patch 1.0.4.0 allows you to have better reflections and such, where-as 1.0.7.0 limits them. The only other difference apart from graphics is scripts, with the majority being made to support patch 7.

Have you enabled that car for ELS in the SLOTCONTROL.ini file within the ELS folder?

Interesting track, the vocals sound like something from the '80's and the instrumental sounds like something from the EDM revolution. I really like it!
