  1. What did you open it with? The only time I've seen code like that is when I've tried to open an .asi file in notepad.
  2. Fortunately for Tom, the clerk ran into a set of rakes which halted his pursuit long enough for Tom to make his getaway.
  3. You lower the frequency of the tone, I'm not sure which frequency he used but it is possible to have longer sirens at lower frequencies. Are all those tones the same frequency? Try changing the frequency of one of them to something else.
  4. According to a report from June this year, Australia has the largest number of citizens fighting for Islamic State. I'm not sure if this is still the case now as I haven't been able to find any recent articles, but it's still a scary thought. http://www.businessinsider.com.au/australia-is-major-contributor-of-isis-fighters-2014-6 For the most part though, terrorist activity here is fairly low. Especially where I live (Perth).
  5. False. I'm just overly obsessed. The person below me has been to more than three different countries.
  6. Generally, it's one of two things. Either A. The frequency is wrong. or B. The file length is too long. Make sure the frequency is set to 44100 Hz and that the length is no longer than 5 seconds. This should work, but if not, experiment with different frequencies. Sometimes certain tones will only work with certain frequencies, it's a guessing game as to what that frequency is though.
  7. I didn't feel the need to mention Islamic State in my post because it was all over the news articles I linked. This topic was mainly intended to focus on the raids themselves rather than those responsible but either-way works.
  8. Over the past week, nearly 900 police officers were involved in synchronized anti-terrorism raids in Sydney and Brisbane, the largest anti-terrorism campaign in Australian history. 15 suspected terrorists have been taken into custody, including one who was allegedly behind the plot to abduct a random member of the Sydney public and behead them in the street. Of the 15 arrested, 9 have since been released but are under continued surveillance by law enforcement officers. In addition to the street beheading plot, a plot was made to attack parliament house. As a precautionary, security has been beefed up in Canberra (where parliament house is located) and more law enforcement officers are set to patrol high population areas and events all over the country. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-09-18/authorities-thwart-beheading-plot-in-australias-biggest-raid/5754276 http://www.news.com.au/national/australian-terror-raids-uncover-plot-to-attack-parliament-house/story-fncynjr2-1227063518810 I'm greatly concerned about the safety of Australian citizens now that our terror threat level has been increased (from moderate to high) and these raids have taken place. I've been keeping up with the news in Iraq for quite some time now but this has hit very close to home. That being said, I'm glad the beheading plot was foiled before it could be put into action.
  9. No, it won't. It will improve game performance though.
  10. You are using ELS V8, correct?
  11. Illusionyary commented on Mikofiticus's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  12. I never really understood the whole "release or nah?" fad, personally I'd just release it regardless because someone out there would be interested in using it. In this case however, it's pretty obvious the community likes the sound of it so you'd be stupid not to release it. Great work by-the-way, blows my version out of the park. I'm not all too keen on the clicks though as I could see them becoming especially annoying in multiplayer games.
  13. You're not supposed to type that in the target box. You're supposed to create a new text document within your installation directory called "commandline.txt" and place the video memory line there.
  14. Well, the reason why you can't access the Marketplace is because it doesn't exist anymore. http://support.xbox.com/en-AU/xbox-on-other-devices/windows/pc-marketplace-closing When you play the game, a popup should appear saying that you've signed in or that you need to create an account. As long as you have an account and are signed in you don't need GFWL anymore (other than to invite friends/whatever), as GTA IV's multiplayer is accessed in the game via the phone.
  15. Well, it's an Oracle, so surely copying over the original Oracle's handling line would work?
  16. Neither. He's apart of the American Medical Response (AMR), which is a separate "company", if you will. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Medical_Response
  17. I just told you what it was, a Federal Signal Touchmaster. http://www.fedsig.com/products/117/touchmaster_delta
  18. Is that a serious question? He's asking if he should release his Touchmaster siren or not, so it's a Federal Signal Touchmaster.
  19. Honestly, I'd tell him to stop being a fuckwit and just move seats. It's not the end of the bloody world, and if you're being asked to move you're obviously distracting the class anyway.
  20. It's apart of ELS. Open the ELS.ini file and under [ INTERFACE ], change "LocationDisplay = onalways" to "LocationDisplay = off".
  21. That light bar looks like the ones you find on those crappy toy police cars.
  22. Absolutely sick. Islamic State needs to eradicated, I'm glad that Australia has agreed to send troops over to Iraq to fight against those fuckers. Also, thanks to ISIS and our retarded government for letting suspected ISIS fighters back home, Australia's terror threat level has been increased from "could happen" to "likely". http://www.businessinsider.com.au/australia-will-prepare-and-deploy-military-to-iraq-2014-9
