I can't stand math nor science, I'm terrible at both of them. I do English, Maths, IT, Business, Media and Photography at school. Out of all those subjects, IT and Photography are probably my favourites (maths isn't compulsory but I was told it'd help me in the long run with job opportunities so I took it. I seriously regret taking it now because so far I've failed every test, project, etc that they've thrown at me). Sure, some things can be quite interesting but a lot of it is completely irrelevant in my opinion.

It was more than likely a filler for the trailers. Speaking of fillers, the police computers still have the LCPD screen on them. Just shows you how much Rockstar really don't give a damn about the emergency vehicles, I can't really blame them though, the majority of people are going to be killing the cops rather than role-playing as them (I haven't played the game in about 5 months, so this may of been patched but I doubt it).

I don't think many high schools, regardless of the country, teach you relevant information that'll you'll actually use in life (for the most part). Maths is the worst for this in my opinion. Hell, trigonometry isn't going to help me do my taxes...

Judging by the license plate, I'm assuming this is a rapid response vehicle. GTA V's specification requirements haven't been released yet, however both your graphics card and processor are fairly weak. Some more RAM wouldn't hurt either (say 8GB or so).

Your system is quite dated and on the rather low end of gaming computer specifications. Lower your in-game settings or remove the ENB, that's about all you can do without upgrading your system.

Install the map on a vanilla copy of the game (with a trainer), and see if it works. If I remember correctly, I had to add my mods back one by one.

Please post your computer specifications. If you do not know what your specifications are, type "Dxdiag" into the Windows Search bar (provided you have DirectX installed, which you should) and copy the contents from there.
