Just FYI since I noticed the in-game car name doesn't work (the name at the bottom of the screen when you get in) -- you need to add language files if you want to use custom names. Features are hand picked by members of the Community Team. There isn't any set, objective way that we pick features - we just pick mods that seem cool, unique, well made, etc. Reviews and number of downloads generally don't matter too much, although featured items will inherently have higher reviews simply because they are good mods.

Updated the main post for the ScriptHookV update (also updated it earlier with more information) and added that ScriptHookVDotNet doesn't work with it (although I haven't tested it myself). It could just be PLD, I'll test it later. Update: PLD does work for me.

Yeah, in each of those cases the plate won't change in game unless you edit the actual textures.

Some car mods have plates that are part of the texture and do not use the in-game plate system. You can only change those plates (visually) if you edit the textures.

What ASI mods are you using? Can you upload your RPH log? Perhaps try loading the game and RPH without the AsiSupport plugin, and only load AsiSupport after you are in game with the LoadPlugin command.

You have to load it with RPH using the LoadPlugin command. You should leave all ASI mods in the main directory.

Can you post your RagePluginHook log? It's probably one of those mods not working well with the ASI plugin. As I said, I only tested ELS and Simple Native Trainer. ScriptHook.net is probably the issue. At that point you have 3 different API's trying to work together.

This plugin called "AsiSupport" by Pursuit converts ASI mods to work with RPH. It will work even after the game is updated, so it makes a good alternative to ScriptHook while we wait for it to be updated. Once ScriptHook is updated, it is advisable to install and use that instead. Installation: Make sure you have the requirements linked below installed. Download link: https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport/releases/ Copy the contents of "Installation" to your root GTA V folder. Load AsiSupport.dll with RPH (either through using the commands ReloadAllPlugins or LoadPlugin "AsiSupport.dll"; or selecting it to load in the RPH settings dialogue.) Your ASI mods should now be loaded. If it crashes while loading them, it's likely you are using an unsupported ASI mod. Requirements: .NET Framework 4.6 Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 (x64) RagePluginHook, of course GTA V (why are you even here if you don't have GTA V installed?) Note: You will need to copy any ini files for asi mods to the AsiPlugins folder. This is especially important for Simple Trainer. Note: ScriptHookVDotNet is not compatible with this. (Thanks to @theninja35 for his original topic from last year).

The following list details what we expect from reports in relation to files. If you fail to follow these general guidelines, there may be a delay in processing your report, or it may be closed without taking any action. Generally, you will not be punished for not following these guidelines, however repeated misuse of the reporting system may result in infractions. If you are reporting a file for having incomplete or incorrect credits, include the correct credits in your report. If you believe a file has been directly reuploaded by someone other than the original author, include a link to the original file. If you believe a file is using parts that the uploader does not have permission to use, you should contact the author of the parts instead. We will not process reports regarding permission issues unless the original author submits the report. If you are the original author reporting a stolen file/part, always include evidence. The burden of proof always falls on the reporter, not the uploader. Evidence should be included in the report itself to speed up processing instead of saying "PM me for proof." Do not publicly accuse anyone of mod theft. This is against our site rules and only delays the processing of your report. You may check the progress of your report in our Support Dashboard. If you want to compare shootings in the US to terrorist attacks in France, you should provide both sides. According to your own data, there have been 274 deaths caused by terror attacks in France in the past 15 years. Based on http://www.gunviolencearchive.org/ there have been 10,381 deaths as a result of shootings in the US in 2018 alone. I'm not providing an opinion to either side of this debate, but no one is going to take you seriously if you don't acknowledge the facts from both sides. Also, I don't see how what's going on in France is even relevant here. Knock it off with your off topic personal attacks against people not from the US.

The increase in version number is in no way proportional to the extent of the update. Pretty much everything is rewritten (again).

For the reasoning behind not allowing embedding - I imagine it relates more to ads. If you use an adblocker and only whitelist YouTube, it will still block ads on videos embedded on other sites. To embed a video you just have to paste the link. Just make sure there isn't anything extra at the end of the link (links end with "watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx" if you copy from the browser). Or just right click in the video and copy video URL to not even have to worry about that.

The banned thing is some sort of technical glitch. The file is maintained by the admins of the site. If you look at the page, it says "More mods by rappo." Although clicking rappo then leads you back to that banned account, the actual rappo account is an admin: https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/rappo I imagine they changed the file author to Alexander Blade which made it unintentionally link to an account banned for pretending to be him. Blade doesn't have an actual account on that site.
