It's probably the resolution; I'm not sure what's ideal but 4500x7000 is huge. Looks like t0y used 1000x1593.

Odd, are you sure you copied the direct link to the image? I'm able to embed an imgur link just fine.

It looks like the others are uploading to Imgur and posting the link. Have you tried that?

The increase in version number is in no way proportional to the extent of the update. Pretty much everything is rewritten (again).

For the reasoning behind not allowing embedding - I imagine it relates more to ads. If you use an adblocker and only whitelist YouTube, it will still block ads on videos embedded on other sites. To embed a video you just have to paste the link. Just make sure there isn't anything extra at the end of the link (links end with "watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx" if you copy from the browser). Or just right click in the video and copy video URL to not even have to worry about that.

The banned thing is some sort of technical glitch. The file is maintained by the admins of the site. If you look at the page, it says "More mods by rappo." Although clicking rappo then leads you back to that banned account, the actual rappo account is an admin: https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/rappo I imagine they changed the file author to Alexander Blade which made it unintentionally link to an account banned for pretending to be him. Blade doesn't have an actual account on that site.

It's part of LSPDFR and I don't think it's customizable in the current version.

It's pretty easy to tell which is causing it. Just try playing with only LSPDFR installed (remove Albo's mods) and see what happens. Then install Albo's mods and see what happens. Like I said, I can't replicate the issue and it's not like I changed anything to get better FPS. It must be something specific with your setup and the only thing I can really suggest is trial and error until you figure it out.

No one is answering because there is no simple solution where you just "edit one of the files." The plugins themselves need to be optimized better, and only the developer can do that.

I cannot replicate this. On a 1070 and i7 6700k I got 70fps with just GTA V (100% GPU and ~40% CPU). With just RPH running and no plugins loaded, same. With just LSPDFR and no other plugins (including no LSPDFR plugins), same. Are you running in fullscreen? I do know that borderless window and windowed mode have caused performance issues for me.

Make sure you are running the game from the folder directory you originally installed it to (if during the installer you chose something like "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V" then that is the exact directory you should be running from, or if you installed through Steam it should be the Steam directory it originally installed to). Are you sure it isn't just downloading updates though? LSPDFR and RPH do not actually change any files (only add) and installing the game again wouldn't change anything.

The names come from the list of characters from our former San Andreas Multiplayer (SAMP) server, Fort Carson Roleplay (FCRP). I'm not sure if there's a list anywhere.

The second reference, during the revolution. He's essentially saying that compromise will not be possible regarding "the other two acts" and they would rather go to war than alter them. The "other two acts" he is referencing are "16. The American admiralty courts reduced to the same powers they have in England, and the acts establishing them to be reënacted in America; and 17. All powers of internal legislation in the colonies to be disclaimed by Parliament" - nothing to do with guns, or even individual rights at all (source for the two acts).

Honestly now you're starting to sound like the Australian news when they called us "underground hackers" for modding GTA. Restricting guns is nowhere near slavery and it's just ridiculous to claim that. You seriously have an issue with needing to prove that you are mentally able to own something that can take a life away in mere milliseconds?
