  1. On a controller, no, there is no way to change that. But on keyboard, you can change the flashlight control to someone other than E (I personally have it set to one of the extra mouse buttons).

  3. @Kreemerz This car is based on NY, and it is illegal for police vehicles to have forward facing blue lights in NY. Only volunteer firefighters can have forward facing blue lights.
  4. All we can do is tell you to lighten up. Also not to bump 6 month old threads.

  6. Or let's keep this on the topic of the shooting in Houston, and not some other random one please.
  7. This article has a video with a better angle https://www.houstonchronicle.com/news/houston-texas/houston/article/Sister-of-man-shot-by-deputy-says-he-was-never-12786380.php Unfortunately a truck is blocking during the actual shooting, but it does seem the deputy and the suspect were just walking in circles when he fired. He also didn't attempt any first aid.
  8. The first thought to go through the deputy's head was probably "this man is on drugs." Whether he really was or not doesn't matter, it very clearly appears that way. It is a fact that people on certain drugs will not be affected by a taser. We don't know what the original call was, we don't know if dispatch advised he might be violent, we don't know what happened off camera. We don't know enough to make any sort of judgement. The "premeditated murder" thing is a bit ridiculous, too. Edit: it appears there was no call, he just pulled up on the scene. Which makes it an even bigger unknown - he has no idea what was going on aside from some man with his pants around his ankles acting crazy.
  9. If it's freezing when you spawn a car then it's likely an issue with the car. Have you installed any car mods? Also, the issue in that screenshot is likely because the launcher never shut down properly after the game crashed, which is why restarting Steam fixed it (closing Steam closes all running games as well). The message telling you to restart your computer is there because that also would have fixed the problem. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. 10. That was a bit hostile, don't you think? He was the first to mention it here. I get it's in your original post, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude about it. The giant red font is also completely unnecessary, and actually violates one of our Guidelines. I've gone ahead and adjusted that for you (don't worry, I left it slightly bigger).
  11. I believe cyan has said this is a caching error. That particular list is pulling the averages from the Resources & Assets category only. Ratings are disabled entirely in the Vehicles & Parts and Lightbars section, but are enabled in the Tools section. This is causing the average rating to be extremely low for that category.

ELS isn't required for LSPDFR to run.
  13. Install the latest version of RagePluginHook from their website: https://ragepluginhook.net/
  14. Will replied to Gta5Expert's topic in Legacy
You're looking in the wrong folder. The DLC files with vehicle archives are in update/x64/dlcpacks. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.

You need to wait for a ScriptHookV update to be released. In the meantime, you can just remove ScriptHookV and play LSPDFR just fine.
  16. In 2017, Muslims made up about 1.1% of the total US population (about 3.45 million). It is projected that the Muslim population in America will reach 8.1 million by 2050, and the population of America will reach 458 million, so they will make up about 1.8% of the population. It is growing, but I seriously doubt they will have a majority any time soon. Plus, remember the outrage of Barack "Hussein" Obama? The American people are not going to just forget their bigotry and let Islam take over the country any time soon, nor are they going to let Sharia Law come into effect here. http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2018/01/03/new-estimates-show-u-s-muslim-population-continues-to-grow/ https://www.census.gov/library/working-papers/2009/demo/us-pop-proj-2000-2050.html But...they...are...already...illegal....I don't understand your point? The same logic applies here as with guns: The criminals don't care about breaking the law. Anyone being violent because of their religion isn't just going to not be violent because America banned their religion. I only see the opposite happening.
  17. "Bringing its problems over here"? What does that even mean? Do you think America will suddenly become the Middle East if we don't ban Islam? America isn't meant to have a primary religion, that's kind of the whole idea. I'm not really sure how a religion is going to attack us, and isn't what I meant. Extremists will want to attack us even more than they do now, both those living here in America and those abroad. Pretty sure terrorism is illegal regardless of religion, although I haven't checked the laws recently. I'm not really sure why we need to specifically ban Islam when we can just say it's illegal to do the violent, human right violating aspects of it. If we banned Christianity, what do you think the general response would be? I wouldn't call it "my side," unless pointing out hypocrisy is a "side." For "blatant human rights violations" and which country I would live in....I am talking about America here. Islam is not our government, and never will be. The fact that it is the governing system in other countries is completely irrelevant to America. I don't think I've ever said it was good that Islam governs those countries, and have completely moved on from the "Islam is violent" aspect of the debate to the "banning Islam is not only unconstitutional, but also doesn't make sense" aspect of it.
  18. Which does not apply at all, in anyway whatsoever, to America. You can't ban something here and expect it to make a difference over there. Really, all banning it would do is give them fuel to launch more terrorists attacks against us.
  19. But...it doesn't. Not in America. So, women have no freedom according to Islam. This is America - you are free to not practice that religion if you disagree with it. They choose to continuing practicing it. It already is illegal to kill or legally punish someone for breaking the "Islamic rules" here. If you have an issue with the religion, then fine, it is your right to have that opinion, but it is also their right to practice it. You can state as many facts about the Middle East as you want, but none of that applies to America. Whatever violence the Quran commands is already illegal here. It makes literally zero sense for you to want to abolish Islam in America.
  20. Stop right there. First line of the first amendment to the Constitution of USA: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" I thought you valued the Constitution? The founding fathers were even more clear here than you have claimed they were with the 2nd amendment. It specifically prohibits any laws prohibiting the free exercise of religion.
  21. I like the idea, but I don't see it being used very often. The template would have to be uploaded by the original author of the model itself, and most of the time that person is not very keen on sharing their stuff with everyone, sometimes they aren't even active in the community and stick with their tight-knit group of friends. Essentially, you'd only have templates for the unlocked dev models posted on the site, and I don't think there are very many of them. Plus, you most likely can just get the templates from those dev models.
  22. And Muslims do not condemn the violence. Pope Francis himself even says not to associate Islam with violence. (Links for Muslims condemning violence taken from a document in Google Sheets with 6065 lines of links)
  23. So the mass slaughtering of Jews is okay because Islam is violent? I'm sorry, what? The people practicing Judaism brought their deaths upon themselves because Islam is a violent religion. That is what you are saying.

  25. I don't see how "Islamic" countries matter in this argument. The countries are not run by the religion, they are run by leaders who interpret the religion in a certain way, and decide to run the country that way. Is it right? No. Is it the religion's fault? Maybe. But I fail to see any relevance to Muslims practicing their religion in America, or other countries with basic freedoms. That's the same as saying the internment camps where we sent the Japanese in WWII were perfectly okay, because Japan was the enemy, therefore all Japanese people were the enemy. I have also never, not once in my life, saw a Muslim who was not an extremist trying to force their religion on anyone. I have, however, experienced Christians (and its denominations) trying to force Christianity on me. Granted, it wasn't by force, but if it was then they would be extremists just like Muslim terrorists. I can turn this right around and say you are free to be Christian, but don't share your bible with me, and don't talk about God. But, "In God we trust" is on our currency, "One nation under God" is in our Pledge, we swear to tell the truth on a Bible, etc.
