I don't like any "gangsta rap" type songs. While I don't listen to Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber, I also don't jump on the bandwagon of hating them. It seems to be either you hate them or you love them and I prefer to remain impartial. The music that actually bothers me and I physically cannot listen to is the type that isn't even rapping or singing, it's just talking into a mic with autotune about drugs, killing, and sex. This doesn't mean I don't like any rap, in fact I do like some. If it's meaningful and sounds good, then I might like it. Sometimes "sounds good" isn't any more than talking to a mic to me, though - Same Love by Macklemore - and "meaningful" is...relative. I do like songs that aren't meaningful, but are fun to listen to or sound good (everything by The Lonely Island). I bought it and I've been enjoying it. It isn't meant to be an authentic police game, just a fun cops and robbers type racing game. It is fun to drive down the road, have a pursuit go flying by, join in on it, and take down the suspect. Or maybe more suspects join in and try to help each other, then you try to take them all out. I agree the radio codes are awkward and I also wonder why they say "in pursuit of a code 3 suspect" but I can deal with that.

He means having the "parking lights" on with the headlights on the AI cars. The problem is that then the lights would turn off whenever the AI uses a turn signal, like it does on the player script. I don't know anything about scripting so I'm not sure if it's even possible.

Yeah, now apparently the first letter of every word is capitalized in a title and everything else made lower case. I'm guessing it's to prevent titles from being "HELLLPPP MEEEEEE!!!!!!" Now it can only be "Helllppp Meeeeee!!!!!!" Anyway, at least this incident let them find a security issue within the department and hopefully they fixed that. Really, anyone smart enough could have done this, then used it to their advantage to do bad. At least the kid only did what was basically a ride-along.

The officer had no right to shoot at the vehicle, regardless if he knew what was going on or not. While possibly leading police on a high speed pursuit will put many lives in danger, trying to prevent it by shooting at the vehicle without knowing who was inside is still wrong. It was a bad decision in the heat of the moment that thankfully did not have fatal results. I don't think he should lose his job, but he should be punished in a way that will improve his decision making in the future. Unless, of course, the officer has some sort of bad history in the police.

That was also the problem with the Alienware - the Nvidia card didn't show up anywhere in Windows, only in the Bios as a discreet card. I'm not sure where you would find it, but you probably need to download a specific, older driver just so the card is detected then update to the most recent version.

This happened with my roommate's Alienware. I had to download a driver for his graphics card that was released on Dell's webpage for the laptop in order for the graphics card to be detected. Then he could update the driver to the latest version.

I don't know how I came across this thread when the last post was two weeks ago, but I just want to point something out here. I don't think it is "torrenting" that is illegal. SCS Software releases their updates to Euro Truck Simulator 2 in the form of torrents in order to reduce the strain on their servers. What is illegal is pirating software, which is usually done through torrents. Torrents are just a way to download files without actually using a download server.
