ELS V6 vehicles will work just fine with ELS V8 (I just tested it with this motorcycle and it works fine). You need to update _SLOTCONTROL.ini with this: [ POLICEB ] Status = on File = default_config (or whatever VCF you choose) If the game is crashing because of the bike then there is another problem. Are you installing it to GTA IV or replacing policeb in EFLC?

Move those folders as they are with the rest of the files, make sure to 'Merge' and 'Replace' when Windows asks you to.

For ELS, all of the files in that "INSTALLATION FILES" folder need to go in the main GTA IV directory, where LaunchGTAIV.exe is. For LCPDFR, even though LCPDFR says to hold ~ to join pursuit, you need to hold E to join pursuit. I'm not sure why it shows the ~ for some people.

The pop up is just for the configuration tool. You have to manually find LCPDFR.ini when using that tool. The game will work just fine, and there's nothing to worry about.
