What exactly is your problem? From your original log files, the game seems to be working fine. If the only problem is that the diagnostic tool crashes when you try to open the log file after checking your installation, then there isn't a problem. Mine crashes too.

There are some streets that do not have an audio file associated with them, so the mod will try to read a non-existent audio file and throw that error. It shouldn't affect your gameplay at all aside from not hearing that street name on the police radio. Was your original problem fixed?

From what I understand, it's okay to bump your own media topic. If he edits his original post each time, it won't show up as updated for whoever might be interested in it. Plus his posts are days apart from each other, if it was all in the same day then I would say otherwise.

Remove the car.

If you have original cars and not ELS cars, then you don't need ELS installed at all. Or you should at least have the non-ELS cars set to off in _SLOTCONTROL.ini in the ELS folder.

That error shows up whenever the game crashes, it isn't causing the crash. Try installing the cars one at a time to find out which is causing issues.

Reinstall LCPDFR using the manual installation.

Just wanted to update this topic to comment about this. After looking up the name in the computer, you can cancel the traffic stop by pressing shift, then stop traffic by pressing M (by default). Then you can conduct your felony stop. I literally just found that out now while playing.

Make sure you are using the scripthookdotnet that comes with LCPDFR.

Make sure your GTA IV directory is not set to "Read Only" and you are running the game as an administrator.

No, those errors indicate missing values in the .ini file. They are not necessary for the game to function. I don't think the .ini even has those values filled in by default.

There's a post here that shows more commandline parameters, but I believe the only ones that will increase performance also decrease visual quality.

Download the attached file and put it in your GTA IV directory (where LaunchGTAIV.exe is)

It loads all the models that LCPDFR uses before starting the game. It can cause texture loss, but provides more stability.

Under "UsingPoliceStationMod=False," add: PreloadAllModels=True

In America, the 780s generally for $500-$600, the 780ti for $600-$900, and the 770 for $300-$400. Either card will get you great performance in games, but if you're willing to pay the price I would suggest the 780 or 780ti.

Lots of other people have gone into ELS 8 without reading it first, so you're not alone. It's a lot to learn and figure out, but when you do it's definitely worth it.
