  1. There are 2 bank robbery scripts. http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/museum-and-bank-robbery-mod-v103-f2195 http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/armoured-truck-robbery-f15136
  2. Enable car liveries in trainier.ini by finding and replacing VehicleLivery=0
  3. The easiest option is too reinstall GTAIV. You must have messed up modding somewhere.
  4. Go into common>data, find handling.dat and find the vehicle you want to change. For example: POLICE 1777.0 0.33 85 0.0 0.0 -0.25 0.0 4 0.128 1.0 250 0.52 0.67 0.7 33.0 1.45 0.95 14.0 0.11 0.47 2.5 1.7 1.7 0.1 -0.08 0.0 0.49 2.0 1.0 2.2 2.5 0.0 25000 400010 0 0
  5. These are the best ENBs in my opinion, both look great with ELS. http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/neolux-enb-v12-f10212 To increase the brightness of ELS lights, Edit car.defaultlight.emissive.on 350 in visualsettings.dat (common>data) (I use 350 with Nutt's ENB, the higher the # the brighter)
  6. Hi, if you're trying to reduce the lens flare of lights on cars... 1) Go into common>data 2) Open visualsettings.dat 3) Find car.defaultlight.emissive.on 350 (I use 350, the higher the number, the brighter, and vice versa) Hope this helped! Brian
  7. Yeah yeah, you're right. Apparently everything you say is right and people can't say their own opinions. I never said what he did was right, I said consider things from his perspective. But I guess you're too stupid, ignorant, and self-minded to know that. I think this thread can be closed.
  8. He murdered police officers that weren't "innocent" on his count. The only "innocent" killings were the daughter and Fiancé. Throughout his spree, he did not harm any of his victims he robbed. If you look at it, he was actually extremely nice to the people he robbed. He said he "I don't want to hurt you" to his victims and even let one of the victims get his dog out. He could have killed all his victims and would have been able to get away. He could still be alive if he did so, but he chose not to harm random innocent civilians.
  9. You don't need any mods such as Radiance or Luminescence to make ELS lights brighter. Go into your visualsettings.dat file in common data, find and change "car.defaultlight.emissive.on 350" (I use 350, the higher number the brighter).
  10. Adding on to what to Comm said, Chris Dorner was not really a "bad" guy. All of Dorner's friends said he was fun, intelligent, well-liked, etc. He was merely trying to expose the LAPD's corruptness and as a result got fired by a corrupt Captain. Unfortunately some police departments are just that way. If you really worked for that department, you would see the corruption. The dad of the victim who was faced kicked by Dorner's FTO said there were clear marks on the left of his son's face when he came home that night. No police officer wants to be labeled a snitch by their colleagues and get fired. Dorner stood up and as a result was fired. Think about it, when he car jacked the guy with the white pickup truck, he said he did not want to hurt him. If Dorner shot and killed him, there would be no 911 call and he would have been able to escape. He was not the type to kill random innocent civilians. He could have done much worse things, look at all the recent shootings. Of course this was not the right way to handle it, but consider things from his perspective.
  11. Reinstall GTA IV, this time don't modify anything. Start it up and see if it happens again.
  12. Do you have .NET Framework 4 Visual C++ 2010 installed as well?
  13. dsound.dll and scripthook.net should be included when you download LCPDFR. Try re-installing LCPDFR.
  14. Default keys to activate Braveheart's are Alt+Delete. Default keys to activate Dashcam are Alt+D. Make sure to have dsound.dll and scripthook.net installed as well.
  15. To enable car liveries in the trainer, go into your "trainer" file (should be located in your GTAIV directory) and set VehicleLivery=0
  16. http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/neolux-enb-v12-f10212
  17. Download TrafficFlow and put it in your scripts folder.
  18. What ENB are you using? Go into your enbseries.ini file and change the "ENGINE" settings to this [ENGINE] ForceDisplaySize=false ForceAntialiasing=false ForceDisplayRefreshRate=false ForceAnisotropicFiltering=true MaxAnisotropy=16 AntialiasingQuality=-1 DisplayRefreshRateHz=60 DisplayWidth=1920 DisplayHeight=1080 ReflectionsForceHighPrecision=true ReflectionsExtremePrecision=true AntialiasingUpScale=1.0 Some ENBs force the screen to a certain size, making you unable to run the LCPDFR computer, open up GFWL, etc. By changing those settings, it makes the screen size back to normal. If I helped you, please hit that +1 rep button! Brian.
  19. To disable keys, go to Options, Menu 2, right side, Enable/Disable Keys. Once you disable keys, you can use ELS and the trainer.
  20. ENB's are a great graphics boost from the standard graphics, but can cost some FPS. It really all comes down to which ENB you're using.
