Hey

 

Whenever I open up GTA 4,  without any warning, the game closes to the desktop after loading, leaving no signs! I have already unsitalled and re-installed the game 5 times but it doesn't work. 

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

what mods do you have installed, what are your system specs? We need a little more information to help you out.

I've installed 5 car mods and the following script mods: LCPDFR (of course), indicator, tow service, police helper, traffic flow and Braveheart's policing script. That's all.

try running the game in as a administrator. 

Make sure you run the game before you install any mods and create a gamesave, and also if you did after you uninstall it go back to the directory it was in and delete any existing files, then you should be safe to reinstall.

I did but it doesn't work. 

 

@xDuSkAsSaSsInx i've deleted my Rockstar Games folder, but it doesn't work :(

Reinstall GTA IV, this time don't modify anything. Start it up and see if it happens again.

Alrrightyy errybodyyy... an update: i think the problem is my account. i have a 2nd account i signed with it and i could start the game and i had to begin a new game, which is no problem for me :) but thank you guys anyway ^^ i hope i can play with my 2nd way loonger :D if you want to add me, my GFW ID is: PlanetKobra3
