Yes they are. It's really strange. I have a ELS Charger in police2, lightbar work fine, but the police, polpatriot et pstockade lightbar don't work. They are covered with flat texture (black or grey). The police (taurus) lightbar don't work but I never change anything on this car and the lightbar was great before I pass from ELS V6 to V5 ( because my game crashes ).

I forgot to mention that all other led or light (wigwag or push bar lights) work well.....exept for the lightbar...

You don't need any mods such as Radiance or Luminescence to make ELS lights brighter. Go into your visualsettings.dat file in common data, find and change "car.defaultlight.emissive.on 350" (I use 350, the higher number the brighter).

Yes, unfortunately I've tried increasing the Visualsettings file manually as well with no success, as of yet I have not found any solution.

Yes I installed the files in the proper directories:

 

"I know people have forgotten to install the files in both the base GTA directory and the TLAD/TBoGT directories, so I made sure that I installed the Timecyc and Visual Settings in all of the necessary folders as I had when I had ELS V6."

 

I wonder if it could be cause by the fact my cars are optimized for els v6 and I now use v5, it is possible?
