A controller is much easier for driving and you can sit back in your chair. I only use a keyboard for lights, sirens, and arrests.

There is a problem with the vehicle. Every time you spawn it in the trainer, it crashes the game.

It's a common problem with mostly any ENB you install. The only solution is to download Radiance Mod which makes ELS much brighter.

Do you have a backup of GTA IV? If you do, roads are "gtxd." Located in pc>data>cdimages.

Are you sure vehicles.img is in your main directory? pc>models>cdimages? If you want to use ELS with the trainer, you need to disable keys. Right page, options menu 1.

Did you drag the two policing script files into your folder? Press Alt+Delete to start it.

You have your multiplayer text chat set to Y. You need to change it in your settings by hitting esc.
