  1. LCPDFR.com, your friendly online source for all your dental needs. In all seriousness, bleeding gums is normal. It shows your gums are in poor health and as stated above I highly recommend you start flossing as well as deliberately brushing your gums with your tooth brush. Gums are just like muscles, and if you want them to be stronger you need to break them down and build them back up. Brushing your gums does just that.
  2. Wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mail_and_wire_fraud TL:DR: Any type of scheme committed against a person or organization in order to steal money, property, or other valuables through the use of Wire Communications (Internet, telephone, etc) or mail. It's been a federal law since 1872. So when you hear about a pozni scheme or a scam that is on the internet that is stealing money away from individuals, they may be charged with Wire and Mail fraud.
  3. What is the error that the BSOD gives you? On earlier versions of windows you'd need to look up a error code along the lines of 0x000000 however with windows 8 it should say near the bottom: "you can search online later using this error code: SOMETHING_F*****_UP" for example. I've run into a BSOD issue on start up and it was due to a Nvidia driver not properly being installed. Get that error code and it could tell you exactly what is wrong, or nothing. The RAM stick sounds like a likely issue since it's crashing at random times so if the computer is attempting to access a certain memory object it may not be there and just goof up.
  4. Haha, seriously, how stupid can one person be? Ignoring the whole danger and interfering with police business stuff. Pointing a laser at a helicopter that is specifically designed to find people who are hiding, knowing full and well they're going to spot you has to be one of the dumbest ideas that could have ever come across a persons mind.
  5. Wolfgang Nice Adam-12 avatar btw :D
  6. True. The person below me has driven an exotic car before.
  7. False The person below me has never been to a concert.
  8. The one of the left is a screen taken from a trailer. The one on the right is a screen taken form in game from a Xbox 360. I didn't make the image, so...
  9. Here's a graphical comparision between the currently released GTA V and the one coming: Source. Taken from Trailer^ Currently released^ My hope is that they refine the game. In my honest opinion I feel that R* got a healthy sum of money to keep GTA V on PS/360 to squeeze out every last drop of the last generation of consoles. I can only hope however that this version is the vision Rockstar truly wanted, and not just some downgraded pile that they said "Eh, that'll do" that I feel current GTA V was. Would be nice to see if they change how the vehicles handle, but that's a stretch...
  10. Battlefield has always had a voice menu like that. It's really nothing new (It's been used for spotting, asking for ammo, health, etc.) Also, FUCK THAT DONUTS LOOKS DELICIOUS. Man I'm going to be laughing so hard when a game gets serious and then I hear "Donuts spotted!", love stuff like this.
  11. Apparently the footage was captured on a PS4. One can only imagine how it's going to look on highest settings on the PC. I need to build my new computer.....now. My 68 Mustang can wait.
  12. The whole thing is certainly disgusting to think of being done and I hate the fact that such things exist in this world. It also seems stuff like this is simply happening everywhere and that quiet safe street isn't so safe anymore sadly. There will always be debate about how bad TV is for children but the Internet is a whole different ball game. It isn't regulated, there's no safe guards, it's utterly open (as it should be mind you). Controlling what your children see on the internet should always be considered. Like I said the Internet is a whole different animal. It is a canvas for anyone to paint upon whether it be art or something that's damaging to your life. It changes lives with what you can see on the internet for good and the bad (and even I've experienced that, I think we all have). When you have a entity that you can simply type in "Video of murder" and watch a person in their last moments of life being taken away from them with no regulation, that to me is something that should either be guarded if not kept away from children. However that is my view. There's still a lot of good that comes from the internet. There will always be that dark side though. -JAM.
  13. EA would never want to stop leaks. It's also practically impossible when you invite players from around the world over Email to come and try out the game for a while so they can collect both networking and system optimization info in the back ground. Leaks are what drives the industry these days. I could've cared less about this game and even more less about any shitty trailer they release that's all hyped up. But put the word "Leaked" in front of it, and it suddenly becomes secretive, exciting, and almost a peak inside the studio. It's exactly what EA wants, hype. And it gets that through beta gameplay footage leak and also the trailer that I just saw that was leaked that got me even more excited. It's a innovative way to draw both old and new people in and I see no way of EA wanting to stop it. It's a great business decision, and not by accident at all.
  14. Here is some Beta Footage: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1y6yyv_battlefield-hardline-beta-gameplay_videogames And also some screens taken from that footage: http://imgur.com/a/THouV I'm a huge battlefield fan, I have been since day one. I didn't even bother with BF4 yet because I felt it was a pander to the masses rather than a ideal driven and mechanic driven game. This, however, even if it's just a re-skin, has me excited. I guess it's just the cop thing but it feels fresh, new, exciting. I'm actually looking forward to a new Battlefield game for once, even if it's probably just the same crap with new models/skins.
  15. As many stated here a stand alone game of LCPDFR isn't likely to come in the future any time soon. I think the "millions of dollars" is a tad exaggerated (Smaller games can go into the $100,000+ range), however getting the money and a team together to actually make/buy an engine is too much to ask for the team we have here (in my opinion at least). Not to mention we cannot use any of the models made by R* or anyone else for that matter without buying them, including maps, cars, textures, effects, etc. In context it's about what I'd rather see. I'd rather see LCPDFR continue in the vast, open and alive world of Liberty City with professionally made models and textures rather than LCPDFR to end up like one of those German simulator games that popular YouTubers make fun of for being so terribly bad when the dev team had little to no budget (even if it's the most stable game you've ever played).
  16. File approved. Looks pretty cool!
  17. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  18. I just usually go into SNT and make my self invisible whenever I tried to play first person. Sure you won't see your arms when patrolling but it kinda gives a greater first person experience in my eyes.
  19. Since your issue is resolved I feel a topic closure is proper. Closing topic. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by LCPDFR.com staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  20. If the DLC is anything like TBOGT or TLAD, then I'm super excited. Still....PC port. *Sigh*.
  21. I think this would be pretty awesome. Could make it like the GTA V one or even LA Noire:
  22. Wow, a upcoming Police Simulator where the developer actually posts a in game screenshot before claiming he's going to make something amazing and change the market! Seriously though this looks pretty good, needs work but has potential. Will definiatley like to see where this goes.
  23. All off topic posts (or portions) have been removed or edited to counteract any further de-railment of this topic. All of you please think before you post, if you see something that's offensive, report it. Other wise you're simply giving more attention to the negative post. Any further off topic posts will be met with a warning. On topic: I think the script CrossFire posted will be the closest thing you'll get. The mod you're asking for would require a good amount of scripting and you'd need to find a modder dedicated to making it. Would still be kinda cool to see however.
  24. This actually isn't a part of any of the mods you've listed. The only mod that does this is Sams Traffic Flow script. If you want to decrease the ammount in which random ESUs dispatch, go to your TrafficFlow.ini file and look for "ChanceOfRandomDispatch =" and change the "8" to a higher number.
