Some people like to mix it up (as stated by @MikoFiticus), some prefer a more realistic load out. Me personally I prefer more lore/stock game looking vehicles. For me I've always liked cars that fit in with the world of Los Santos. But there's many opinions on this.

ENBs often make ELS look far better than it does with no ENB mod installed (Which he appears to have one installed, dunno which one however). That and modification of Coronas, although if I remember correctly Corona files don't affect ELS.

Please screenshot the Error so we can see what the game is having a issue with next time you can.

What is the error that you are getting? What are your system specs by the way?

I hope some of these answers give you an idea!

Are you running the installer as administrator?

@Mattbravo Just a heads up, since your error log is so long just a suggestion that you toss it in a spoiler tag since some don't have such a great connection. Hope you can find help for your issue. Example:

From the error it looks as if you don't have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed. An update from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 can remove this file. As others have said, dust build up is most likely the culprit. Additionally a broken fan could be a issue. Here's a decent video on how to clean out a dirty computer: Hope this helps!

What is the amount of VRAM/model of your GPU? Also a list of any other modifications whether it be scripts, models, textures etc could help out immensely.
