How to get rid of dirt on cars?
Please don't bump old topics, this topic is nearly seven months old. Breaking Bad
Yes! Glad you made this thread, I was going to but thought not many people watched it. So far the "Final Episodes" are amazing. Sad to see such a amazing show go to an end but "all bad things must come to an end" (Smile a little bit if you just read that in the AMCs announcer voice :D).

PFUDOR: Pink Fluffy Unicorn Dancing On Rainbows
Although you're correct, the topic however is in Random so it's currently not out of place (As much as I hate saying that). Otherwise you probably wouldn't of seen this topic by now if it was violating a guideline.

PFUDOR: Pink Fluffy Unicorn Dancing On Rainbows
I wouldn't necessarily mind seeing that, would be nice to weed out some of the idiotic threads we've been seeing. We could also set it to where the threads don't show up in the thread feed. However we wouldn't leave it unmoderated, in truth we will still have to ensure that no illegal content is being shown (Pornography, gore, shock items, etc.). Truthfully it might create extra work for us so it's a win/loose situation. In short; I wish members would just stop sharing stuff like this coupled with a one sentence saying "lu look at dis lul funny reddit lul!".

Garry's Mod: Totally Random
It truly is the most random game ever, however no one should ever consider that as a bad thing. For the price, you're essentially getting a bundle of swamp meet games. The amount of multi player game modes you can play is seemingly endless, and that's not mentioning the core of GMod and it's building mechanisms. I currently have over 800 hours clocked on the game and it's still considered some of the best and worst times I've had. In truth I'd still play the game to date, however the community really has gone down the theoretical toilet. Mostly due to kids watching "big stars" on YouTube and then coming to play, only to not have as much fun as the person they watch and revert to trolling. If anyone has ever played on any roleplay server in recent months, you'll know what I mean (It's a war zone, seriously, it's like war of the servers, except with DDoS attacks...). Still a great game and I still recommend it if you can ignore the idiocy that ensues from some of the players. Yeah...Garry's been known to be a pretentious ass. I've heard multitude stories of how he's very egocentric of him self and in the old days of when the mod was just starting he would ban/kick people who didn't speak his language or simply didn't do what he told them. He's given us a great game/mod, I still wouldn't want to meet him if I had the chance however. If anyone has not seen the full length movie to come out of the game (made by players) I highly recommend it. It's pretty good, although some of the dialouge gets repetitive. In truth if you've never played Garry's Mod you probably won't understand it fully:

How are any of these a toy or game?
Ever tried the "Audio Feature" on most Captchas for the disabled? Those things sound down right creepy if you ask me (And are impossible to understand), I feel like I'm calling a ghost from the past and he's trying to hep me with the Captcha.

My New Intro!
@Thedictator36, please start posting all your videos in a single thread rather than creating a new thread for different videos. I know you started doing this with the following thread: and I suggest you stick to that as multiple topics tend to create extra spam when most of the content can be within a single topic. RobertB, you need to discontinue the attitude of going around questioning everyone of their status within different organizations i.e: instigation of flaming. You need to start staying on topic of the content you wish to comment on rather than posting negativity which will seriously get you no where. All the off topic posts will be hidden. Take this as a final warning.

BeamNG's DRIVE (Alpha) Released!
Just got done playing some more, turns out you can use a Xbox 360 controller in the game as well! I snapped this screen shot, thought some of you guys would like it. It truly feels as if you're playing a early alpha of GTA V, which is odd. Let's hope that GTA V can achieve something close to these type of physics. Edit: Turns out you can use any controller/game wheel you wish, it'll just take some tinkering: http://wiki.beamng.com/Playing#Configuring_your_own_controller

BeamNG's DRIVE (Alpha) Released!
To answer your question, a quote from the member named "David Fortsc" on their website: "Rigs of Rods is a long standing 'stand-alone' title that has been around for a while. Pricorde was the original founder/creator for Rigs of Rods and he created it using the 'Ogre' engine for the graphical aspect of it as well as some of the physics if I'm correct. Rigs of Rods, or 'RoR' for short, started off as a simple physics indie game and has since transformed immensely since the implementation of the 'Soft Body' system. Fast forwarding to today, BeamNG is created by four individuals from the RoR community. Thomas, AKA TDev, is the main man behind RoR today and is also one of the lead programmers for BeamNG. Estema, I'm unsure of who he is exactly but I do know he's a contributor to RoR's open source. Gabester is a vehicle designer/programmer for BeamNG and is well known for his vehicle modifications that were released in recent times. Hutch is the terrain/world designer. He's responsible for the maps and areas you'll be driving on in the initial release. He's from Rigs of Rods as well if I'm correct. Essentially what I'm saying is that BeamNG is designed by the same people who are behind Rigs of Rods but isn't exactly 'from' RoR. BeamNG is it's own company and it's own entity and is going to be based primarily on a commercial setting rather then a independent open source title. Not only this, BeamNG is utilizing the 'Torgue3D' engine where as mentioned previously, RoR utilizes 'Ogre' as it's engine. The designers are the same, the physics idea is the same, but the game itself is different - and far more advanced." TL:DR; BeamNG is made by some of the same people as RoR if that's what you're asking.

BeamNG's DRIVE (Alpha) Released!
For now, I don't think so. It seems that currently it's pretty basic and that customizing keys is not achievable unless editing a external file. I'm sure they'll incorporate it down the road however. Interesting fact, this Alpha was made by only four people!

BeamNG's DRIVE (Alpha) Released!
Hi all, I'm not one for starting topics pertaining to other games, but hey, thought I'd share this with you all. From the creators of the game demo Rigs n Rods, they've now released their recent project: DRIVE. A alpha of their engine which uses Soft Body Physics for their car models, it looks absolutley amazing when crashing these cars. Many have also stated they wish to have this in games like GTA V, however I don't think that is going to happen. For some one like me who likes to dissect what happens in a crash, this is pure gold (Yeah, I'm weird like that ). Here is a trailer on the new game: Demo version (Free): http://www.gamershell.com/download_102365.shtml Purchase alpha access at: http://beamng.com/alpha On the video they state that they wish to add demo derbies, street races, delivery missions, cop chases, and more. The game's a great deal of fun so far especially for it just being in alpha. Please note that on my machine the game didn't run as well as I hoped, it seems to be decently GPU intensive. I'd also like to state that it is in alpha, I've already experienced a few crashes but nothing to tear my hair out at. (Side note: I am in no way affiliated with BeamNG or their Development team, simply here to spread the word about this fun little demo.) -JAM-Justin35.

Fire!
Both of you, knock it off. If you have a personal issue with each other, fine. Don't start bashing each other publicly, it will honestly get you no where except make your self look even worse. I also hate to say it but guys, it's still just a picture/car model. Mark twain said it best: "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.". Further instigation of flaming will be met with a warning and the post hidden.
