In short no, new police vehicles do not come with the modification, you'll have to add them your self after downloading them. Do a quick search on YouTube and you'll find a pletheria of videos pertaining to what you need that make it very simple to learn how to add new models to the game. A bit back I was there often as a way to allow users to get into contact if need be for Moderation however with recent life related things I've casted it aside, I think I may pick it back up again. The reason why most members don't go onto the TS is due to the fact most of the conversations just happen here anyways, most of the members I see on there are playing with each other which is nice. In short many websites that don't have game servers or simply have no real need for a Team Speak but still have one are usually not popular due to the reasons stated above, but the option is always nice. It'll probably pick up once we implement the automated clan channels.

You're asking about what light bar is in the picture you provided. You posted this in LCPD:FR Support Requests, a section only for support pertaining to the LCPD:FR Modification its self (Which, the trouble shooter clearly states when posting a topic in that section, but I'm assuming you just blasted through that to create your topic). I'm sorry to say but we don't have a section simply just for light bars and there's nothing pertaining to any sort of modification so it clearly belongs in random, because as the section states: "Anything that doesn't have a forum on this website can be discussed here." which was clearly the best option. I also find it hard to see how we need to define the sections better, they're all clearly labeled about their designated purpose under the link to the section, I can't think of a better way to define a section than that. In truth your topic was just moved, nothing more, nothing less. I see no reason to complain, but hey, your provocative. As far as I know that's the only available version for both playing and downloading.

Last I checked 1.0 Beta was closed and was only open for one week (Open as in anyone could play). They stated on their main page that they aren't going to continue with the beta rather they are going to work on the issues that was found during the open beta, fix them, then release full version. If I'm wrong anyone can feel free to correct me. Project Reality is a great mod, you can definitely feel all the work that went into it. But like most game it has it's moments due to its engine limitations and over all how your Squad Leader is. Great fun though.

I'm confused, are you hoping that the terrible AI of Police will be fixed in the next version of LCPD:FR or in GTA V?

I remember seeing that Charger as well. I know that (Possibly) Carrythxhd did a video using it, he might be able to answer/find it for you again. Although I might be thinking of a different one.

Not to many departments consider using a V8 Mustang GT as a UC, and if they do, it's rare (As in practically no one does).

To Scoobysnacks: Hey bud, look, I get what you're tying to accomplish here. I have to say I'm rather happy to see a one member dedicated to helping others for the greater good of our community. In short however, I see no need for this topic as it's simply here to advertise your group when we really don't allow such topics. In truth, LCPD:FR doesn't really have that much Support needed and most of the GTA IV Support needed is usually answered pretty quickly within its self and we like to keep information open to allow users to solve their own issues with the guidance of our members helping them along the way (Which is why we like to avoid PMing for Support). Like I stated I totally get what you're trying to do and it's nice to see a member wanting to make a difference, the only issue is that it's currently not needed. I'd also like to state that the name probably isn't the best. As others have pointed out (And I know it wasn't your intention) that some new members will think that said group is Staff and that they deserve to have support from a source that we cannot deem reliable since it's not actually Staff. My suggestion is that you should start helping out on both the Support sub forums if you really wish to help members out, there's no need for a group to help other members bud. To everyone else: As I've stated above, I too also disagree with the point of this Group and topic, however, please next time bring down the level of negativity in your posts. It seems the creator was simply trying to help out other members and there's really no need to bash him (I'm not saying anyone did, just stating in general). The discussion here has been pretty civil and I'm happy to see that but I'm also not proud to see members attempting to have other members prove them selves and their knowledge. Look guys, this is the Internet, and like the Internet we want to keep information public, and free. We all know that it takes time and dedication to learn what it takes to mod GTA IV to the absolute core without it blowing up, but there's no need to attempt to make another member feel less important if they don't know how to debug the game/haven't gone through this yet. We're all here to help one and another out, after all that's what Community stands for. I'm not aggravated at any of you, nor am I disappointed. Wow, that sounds awesome. If you don't mind me asking. The above image of the improved Vapid, could you possibly throw a Vector on top of that as well (Non-ELS)? I've seen many people looking for an improved Vapid with a more updated Vector light bar you put on the improved Buffalo that you created that doesn't have the window bug (I'm referring to Lt.Cains old modification)? It'd be much appreciated.

I can agree/understand. You have to understand it's hard to spot some users intentions of posting such topics when they go into such detail of what the Department is doing, as that can shine a negative light on the department, further instigating such things (I'm implying that most Departments prefer to keep such interactions private). I will state that people who did in fact request your skins could have been contacted via our PM system and notified of what happened, but a broader topic such as this does the same (Even though it is fully public). I hope that everything works out for the best in terms of your goal of joining their force and them being satisfied that they're not at risk for negative publicity due to possible instigators of such content. -JAM.

In all honesty do we really need another one of these threads? I'm not quite understanding the point of these topics whether it be to complain or inform (I'm assuming inform). But in all honesty this doesn't show a good light on anything rather than a negative effect on not only you, but the Community as a whole. Continuously showing that Departments are taking action is only going to result in such things further and further. Departments have good reasons to ask of this, just leave it at that and move on. As Beckugan1 stated the best course of action is using their liveries as themes and not using their name in particular. Might I also add you just leave it at that and just give the department your full co-operation since it's clear they want you to simply stop what you're doing for the sake of their city and their integrity as a Community Service and as a whole. (Again, this is merely my opinion. It is not to offend nor instigate anyone. Period.)
