  1. It is possible to change the light colors of Nicolai's car pack to red blue, there's already a texture provided. All you need to do is edit the wtd files of the car and replace the emerglight texture. The reflection colors can be cahnged in its ELS ini file, look for ENV_LIGHT_COLORS and change the values for extra_1 and 2 to red. If you look for a different pack, you'll find many, since almost all police car mods use ELS. You mentioned a LAPD pack, you can find one here for example. Look through LCPDFR, GPM or any other website, you'll find more ELS than non-ELS cars, there's definitly something to fit your needs. By the way, ELS does not usually reload any high poly parts, if I look at my cars the models for the actual lights have around 30 polygons all together, which is like less than 1KB of the car's file size. While many modders use ELS together with high poly vehicles, you can't generalise ELS cars being high poly. I don't believe memory flood is going to happen, especially because the restrictions for the amount of cars is pretty strict by default. You might have lag caused by the additional work for your GPU or even random issues caused by the script but if you have a decent PC and decent cars, there won't be much more crashes than without ELS.
  2. RC20 is caused by wrong material setups.

  8. You don't want negative comments, yet you seem to put minimal effort into your cars and there are many negative things to mention. I've listed a few things you could improve: - Since you have chrome trims and a normal Crown Vic badge it's a 99 FCV and you need to add the amber indicators. The red indicators were introduced with the 99 Police Interceptor. - The headlights are just wrong. The indicators are actually white, they'll only show up amber when they're on. You use the outer reflector as some kind of steady light, what is definitly not correct. Apart from that, the border of the headlight area isn't just black, the inner parts are chrome. - The taillight texture could be improved, these grey stripes look very weird. - The plastic parts surrounding the mirrors and the windows are actually black. Yours are affected by carcols. - The lightsetup: In 1999, there were no LEDs used, making your setup totally unrealistic. Apart from that, the position of your dashlight is awful, it would block the driver's view. Either put it on the dashboard or mount it in front of the mirror. Some headlight or taillight strobes or even wigwags are likely no bad idea either. It's also a very odd idea to put talons on a rambar. - The license plates are too small. - You should remove the vehicle_generic textures from your texture file since the game will simply take the vehshare.wtd, resulting in a smaller file size. - There're better rim models available.
