While I would like to at some point, I unfortunately don't have enough time. -
That would be a major downgrade, as DLS is superior to ELS in every way. I highly recommend using DLS instead of ELS. For example, just for this pack, if it used ELS instead of DLS, you would lose all of these features: The light stages would no longer have the correct speed, the corner LED and wigwag pattern would have to be simplified and much shorter and therefore no longer be accurate at all, you would no longer have realistic traffic advisor patterns, you'd no longer be able to control takedowns and each alley light side separately, and the flashing takedowns and alley lights could no longer be out of sync to the rest of the lightbar as they should be. -

An unmarked non-ELS / DLS 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with Whelen Talon and LIN3 lights. Includes equipment extra components, allowing setups ranging from detective cars with minimal equipment to fully equipped unmarked patrol setups. R* has updated the vehshare file again, the new path is \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday27ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf. I will update the file as soon as I have time to include the textures from that update. I can highly recommend using LML, as it makes installing much easier and you won't have issues with patches replacing files anymore. Unless you use LML, you don't need this file. Simply follow the installation instructions in the readme. -
The setup and livery are fictional, although inspired by some real departments. San Diego Sheriff was definitely an inspiration for the livery. Imperial County looks very different as far as I know. No. It's a non-ELS car, but it supports DLS for light stages and traffic advisor patterns as seen in the video.

Installing the replace versions of both cars will not work, as they replace the same car (sheriff). The addon name of the Caprice is bcso2, you'll need some kind of mod or trainer to use it, for example Simple Trainer or the RagePluginHook console. -

R* has updated the vehshare.ytd file in a recent patch. This mod has been updated to include this updates from that file and the changed path in the installation instructions. It is now installed to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf. I can also highly recommend using LML, as it will no longer be necessary to worry about game patches changing file paths.
