Go here: and download LSPDFR 0.47 MANUAL. Open the file you downloaded and drag & drop ALL of them into your GTA V folder. Then, go to https://ragepluginhook.net/ and download RagePluginHook 1.78. Do the same thing, drag & drop all the files. Go into your GTA V folder and run RagePluginHook.exe.

1. Yes. 🙂 Just put the .xml into pack_default. Make sure you install ScripthookV for ELS. 2. That depends on if they come with the vehicle. If they do, it's quite easy even though it sounds complicated. If it's a replace; locate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5; Here you'll find the vehicles.meta. Right click it -> Edit. Locate to the slot you want (police, police2, fbi) and mark it down. Then paste the new lines in. Save & close. Carvariations.meta should be in mpchristmas2. Just add the slot, no need to mark anything down.

You need to delete GTA5.exe in your GTA V folder, and then verify your game files. For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity. For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.

Rename your mods folder to _mods.

Install a visual mod. Like MVGA; Visual V, etc.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false. And clean out your /Plugins/LSPDFR folder.

A few things: Stealth.Common goes to your GTA V folder, not /Plugins. Remove in /Plugins/LSPDFR: CrazyCallouts, KeepCalm; redCallouts; And then rename your mods folder to _mods.
