Nope it's stock handling for addon vehicle

Hi, so I have a strange problem on my addon car when I'm accelerating the whole car goes forward (just like it should be during braking) and when I'm braking the opposite thing is happening. Anyone knows where the problem is? Is it vehicles.meta / handling or maybe just the model?

There's no slot like police1, try to rename it to police😉

Make sure that you have most recent versions of all plugins.

Hello GTA V was recently updated but if I am seeing well RPH is still working on this version. Make sure that you've downloaded good version of Rage Plugin Hook (best way to do thath is to just use auto lspdfr installation). Don't be scary to ask if you will have more problems🙃.

Hello you need to make the whole new mods folder after new update. Afer every update you have to change update.rpf in your "mods" folder to the new one. The easiest way to do that is just download new OPEN IV and it will show a box with info about that.

Hello you' ve got major problem with your script, first of all all "chance" parameters in one section, after adding should give you 100, otherwise it won't work. Also by word "section" I mean number of uniforms that game can use in specific situation, so for example in section with cars: police, police2 all uniforms below should be 100% after adding all chances below I attach my DeflautRegions.xml, so you can see what I want to tell you, because you can see that my English in that situation is really bad🙃. If you will have more problems I am ready to explain to you how to make that file properly. DefaultRegions.xml

Hello check if you installed everything in openIV>tools>asi manager, also send scrennshots of your gtav folder.

Hello try to download another siren pack and see if it's still happening. Mybe it's just the package issue.

Hello two days ago there was an update of GTA V and script hook is now not working. We have to just wait for it to be updated.🙂

So I have no more ideas how to solve it, but If you are not using any scripts just remove Script Hook V Dot Net and optionally Script Hook V.

So first try to change priority of gtav.exe in task manager, but the most effective way to solve this is just to remove some plugins. Try to remove some of them that you aren't using every call and find just a few plugins that you like to play with, also check if you have the latest version of your plugins.
